Have been using the hair serum and shampoo for the last 9 months, made a request to change items over the bank holiday, the response was first rate and very informative, very impressed

I would like to begin by saying that the products are wonderful. Haven't used them for long but i can already see a change and small baby hairs are starting to grow, the eyelash serum has also proven highly effective for me. I gave it 4 stars as i had a subscription and both my automated purchases have been lost which is due to the carrier apparently even though it is within EU delivery. I did however receive a replacement order every time, thanks to Denise who was very prompt and helpful.

Well like any other sceptic I jumped in on this product with very little hope. Many months later, I am a happy client, recommending this brand to all my family and friends. Not saying I have a head full of hair now, but the downgrading has stopped, and seeing some slight upgrading taking place. Patience is a virtue :) follow recommendations by the book for proper results.

I ordered a set of products from Scandinavian Biolabs, but unfortunately post-ordering I found that some ingredients were unsuitable for my overly sensitive skin and scalp. I issued a refund, as well as contacted the customer support, which were greatly helpful, particularly the employee under the name Efleda. The refund was promptly honored. While I have no direct experience using the product, if their CS is anything to go by, no doubt you'll be satisfied.

Har brugt jeres serum i 5 dage nu og jeres shampoo 1 gang og kan allerede se/mærke forskel på mit hår. Serummen brænder en del når det bliver påført i hovedbunden, men noget man nemt kan leve med. Købte også jeres flexible clay og tænkte på om det kunne bruges i håret efter at have påført serummen? :))

The hair serum did not suit me although the tablets appear to be good. A friend uses the serum and finds it excellent. However, what was good was the help that Angela gave me in cancelling my subscription and giving me all the information I needed.
