Købte produktet og synes ikke der var en virkning, men det er hvad det er. Problemet var da de pludselig sendte en ordre mere fordi man åbenbart accepterer et medlemskab, hvor de automatisk bestiller igen for en 3 måneder efter sit første køb. Efter at have ventet som nr. 1 i køen i 35 minutter kom jeg igennem til kundeservice. Hold kæft en omgang. Spild af alle 1000 kr.

After making a mess of a re order the great customer service sorted it all out for me and I receive my lovely shampoo and conditioner very quickly. Angela understood the error Id made in re ordering and corrected it for me.Very efficient, polite as always from company.

I contacted customer support after placing an online order during the weekend when I noticed my shipping details were not correct after payment. I tried to correct it myself but was only possible during the weekdays. The agent, Angela, was very understanding and responsive. In the end I have a positive experience with the customer service team. Big thanks again to Angela.

I have contacted them numerous times instructing them to cancel my subscription and to cancel my account and they still haven't. None of the features on my online account work so I can't actually cancel the subscription as the drop down menus don't work or there are just error codes. I've continuously advised them of these issues as well. Each time they assured me they will cancel my subscriptions but they don't! I am now having to report them to my bank because they keep taking money from my account without my authority. It's also a GDPR breach as well for not deleting my personal details as I've requested.

I love the Scandanavian Biolabs product. My hair has grown back really well since starting it. I also love the customer service team. Anytime I've had a question no matter what time of day there is always a quick and thorough response. They offer helpful advice and tips that I appreciate as well. I have recommended the product to many of my friends and family members who are struggling with thinning hair!

I started my Scandinavian Biolabs journey 1 month ago. Until now it seems the Serum & the Conditioner are working -> my thinning hair seems to gain some volume and density. At 2nd order I saw my delivery is getting delayed and I asked for help at support. Francis was very prompt and helpfull and solve it for me - thanks again Francis! I'm excited to complete the 5 months program and come back here to tell you about my - hopefully! - good results!

Jeg startet med at bruge jeres produkter i sommers. Men jeg har ikke modtaget min sidste ordre DK26951, som jeg bestilte i onsdags sidste uge og fik en bekræftelse på. Hvad er formålet med at starte på et forløb med jeres produkter? Hvis i pludselig stopper med at sende dem. Jeg har flere gange prøvet at ringe til jeres kundeservice, igår ventet jeg i 45 min som den første i køen, uden opkaldet blev besvaret "under jeres telefon tider". Hvorfor så ikke bare sige, at i ikke besvare opkald, i stedet for at lade mig sidde og vente så længe. I har heller ikke skrevet tilbage på min mail. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse som kunde hos jer.

I have been using Scandinavian Biolabs for 8 months now. While I have seen an improvement in the overall areas where I was losing hair, the process is slow. Trust the process, it's hair we're taking about so it doesn't grow overnight. I have seen massive improvements in two areas I was losing hair and will continue to use Scandinavian Biolabs because of that. It helps that the company's customer service is amazing too! I had an issue where I accidentally ordered a second order and I contacted their customer service. Denise was able to cancel the duplicate order and refund me the money within a matter of hours!

My husband has been using the shampoo, conditioner and serum for years. About 3 months ago I ran out of my usual shampoo so thought I would give it a try. I genuinely cannot believe the difference it made to my hair. I don't use the serum but the shampoo and conditioner has definitely strengthened my hair. My hairdresser also commented that my hair is growing faster and is much thicker. I did email and ask whether I should be using the shampoo for women but I was told if it's working for me not to change it. Very impressed!
