United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I didn’t notice any change in density or strength so to me it doesn’t warrant the hefty price tag! The shampoo is a lovely consistency and smells good. Lathers up well and cleans the hair well. The conditioner is the consistency of a body lotion which feels odd to use and doesn’t condition as well as i’m used to but is ok. It too smells lovely. Herby and earthy but lightly scented. I love the feeling of the serum and it doesn’t leave a residue which is great. Easy to apply with the pipette making it easy to get straight to the scalp. Tingly and fresh but not uncomfortable to me and my sensitive scalp. I’d like to say it made a difference because as you see everything is a positive apart from the fact that I didn’t notice ANY positive changes to my hair or scalp in the time i used it. I will stress that i didn’t use it for long (six weeks for the serum and about seven weeks for the shampoo & conditioner) but I was hoping to feel a difference in the condition and strength of my hair having read other reviews. All in all, worth a try if you have the money to spare.

Jeg må desværre se mig nødsaget til kun at give 2 stjerner i samlet bedømmelse, da levering og abonnement er et kæmpe rod. Abonnementet fornyer sig selv automatisk, og de har lavet hjemmesiden så kringlet, at det et umuligt at finde hoved og hale i det, og kunderne bliver derfor tvunget til at fortsætte med at betale for produkter. Største kritik må dog gå til leveringen: det er nu tredje gang (ud af 3), at min pakke bliver sendt til en helt anden by. Da jeg tager ud på addressen, ender jeg midt i et industrikvarter, hvor der ikke var nogen pakkeboks, og måtte derfor spilde både min tid og penge uden at komme hjem med min pakke.
