United Kingdom | 31 October 2024Never ever use this company!!!! I am a disabled customer. I have had money taken out of my account now on 3 separate occasions. I never wanted to purchase from them it was done in error. After lots of emails back and forth they refunded me approx £230. I then get another order 3 months later sent to me in error as I am apparently on a subscription that wast cancelled. I had to package order and send back lots of time and effort. I still am awaiting a refund from three months ago but they assure me after lots of emails that everything cancelled and today I am being sent yet another order a 4am and had another amount taken from my account. NO COMPENSATION AND telling me refund could take up to 10 working days….. I could cry and then Denise is asking me to review her!!!!!!!!!

I’d like to say my query was dealt with however when I spoke to customer service they simply told me “it hasn’t been dispatched and we can’t track it”. Incredibly unhelpful. I’m upset as I have high hopes for the products themselves. Customer service however: shocking.

Der Kundenservice beschreibt jedes Mal denselben Prozess, wie das gehen soll, aber die aufgeführten Menüpunkte gibt es gar nicht. Kündigungen per email werden scheinbar auch nicht angenommen. Update: Es wurde jetzt alles geregelt und ich bin soweit zufrieden. Auf Nachhaken hat also alles geklappt !

Been using the Anders range for 4 weeks and it strips my hair I have experienced more hair fall with this despite topping up on vitamin D. Even though cheaper than champo range I would not recommend this as it did not work for me.
