I believe the product keeps a good nutrient level on the hair so far, cannot confirm about hair restoration yet. Great customer support as I had very fast help from Monaliza when I needed a refund.

I order and paid. After few days I did not received any msj from you or transportation information about what I bought. I contact you several times ,gave the number of my order and Monaliza just said they have not this order in their system. So after days , spending time , sending probes of payment seems you found them and said is problem with the information of the address. If the product quality is as the service your provide , and the lack of honoring someone that pays you immediately and not days after I have no interest in trying your product . I contact PayPalso they help me and then you answer me . I think you just have to do what a not fraudulent company will do which is refund me and stop asking me more information.

Sadly, my order was poorly prepared for shipping and arrived with a broken seal on one of the bottles. Reached out for help and was greeted by Angela Flores. She immediately took ownership of the situation and walked me through the Replacement form process. She also guided me through a password reset and order change. Whew! Great customer service is a "must have" for me and Angela did not disappoint! Best, Barb Fuller

Hi everybody, I made my order of shampoos, conditioners and serums on July and I started using the products a couple of months later and after a few weeks of use I realized that the treatment did not match with my kind of hair so I asked for a return via customer service where I got in touch with Angela, a truly kind person who understood the situation and proceeded with the refund. I am very grateful to Angela and all the Scandinavian Biolabs team for the dedication to find a solution for my case. I really suggest everyone in needs to give this brand a try even if it did not fit for me. Truly satisfied.

Didn't work for me. regularly have been applying both the shampoo and the hair drop for more than a year. But no success :-(
