Spain | 01 August 2024I have not yet tried the product but by mistake I ordered the serum that I really wanted to try out…. But for men. I quickly emailed the company which resolved my issues within what felt like MINUTES. It’s not often you come across such wonderful, quick and helpful customer service. I hope and pray for this serum to be a winner because if it is, I will be a life-long customer. My goals for this product is simply to take my hair to that next level and I’m hoping this product can deliver that! Will come back with an honest review later of the product later! 🤙🏼

And even if they were not fully to blame.. postal office here having blame also, Angela was really helpful and open to finding solutions. The matter was resolved and they have gathered tremendous respect from me.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2024I have always prided myself on the quality of my hair which has been a combination of great genes and looking after it from a young age with ayuvedic principles my grandparents instilled. After a severe viral illness in May, i lost A LOT of hair which was very traumatic as it happened over night. I had never experienced this so started looking for solutions. After doing some research I came across Scandanavian Biolabs. Being a doctor I particularly found their scientific data promising, so I ordered their kit for women (3 month starter kit including daily serum plus vitamins). I started this at the beginning of July and just finished my first month. In just one month I have been told my hair is looking slightly fuller/more voluminous which is hugely reassuring that I am heading in the right way thanks to Scandanavian Biolabs. It will take more time to get back to my original thickness/volume but I am so encouraged by Biolabs that I have set up a subscription. Their subscription service is fantastic as you can change/amend both products in your subscription and the frequency of your deliveries at a touch of a button. I also want to highlight how helpful, friendly and kind their customer service colleagues are, particularly Angela Flores who has been so helpful and kind when I had a question about my order. Thank you Angela for your impeccable service and help. Botton line, this is a really nice company, who delivers what they say they are selling, I'm already seeing some results after one month (I will be continuing) and their customer service is amazing. I have not been paid for this review. It is a very honest one. All the best to everyone on their hair care journey!

Efter at havde brugt deres serum, shampoo, balsam samt deres derma roller, har jeg ikke set nogle udvikling i håret efter 7 måneder. Mit hår har desværre blevet ved med at falde. Min oplevelse er dog ikke ens betydning i at det ikke ville virke for andre, det virkede bare ikke for mig. Ville dog prøve lykken med minoxidil.

Since I began using Scandinavian, she has been the only agent to respond to every one of my inquiries- it's like she's my own personal agent. She is prompt, considerate, & not only offers me a resolution- she ALWAYS goes above & beyond. Between the quality & efficacy of the products (I've been using the women's shampoo, conditioner, & topical growth serum for nearly 1yr now!), & this phenomenal customer service, I couldn't imagine using anything other than Scandinavian Biolabs for my hair care needs.
