Romina M. unbeatable customer support. I haven't used everything yet, as it's the first day. Although, I could say that the customer support is wow. I got the bundle for 3 months with Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, and Vitamins. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Serum are smelling almost the same - in a good way. Not super wow, not bad, just a mild peppermint fragrance which I guess it's fine if you use a serum for your head and you go sleep. It doesn't smell so it won't interrupt your sleep or your partner. I guess, I'll need to be patient to see the results.

Had an issue updating my payment details on my account and I needed to sort a one time delivery to a different address. I discovered after being a long term customer I was now able to contact support through their WhatsApp service which made things so much more convenient. In no time at all I was chatting to Romina who very quickly sorted all of the above for me. Extremely happy with the service I received! (5*)

I needed to cancel an order because I still had stock available and Jolly was superb throughout the process. The order had already been placed though not yet shipped. Jolly got it cancelled and a refund issued while making sure I was happy as a customer, which included trying to understand if there was anything not right about their product. It would be amazing if other companies valued and paid this much attention to their customer's needs. Thank you, Jolly.
