United Kingdom | 15 July 2024Finally somebody in customer service could hear my voice and reasonabely listen to me and my problem which occured by using hair loss lotion from them. ( diverse reaction and excesive hair shedding even after 2.5 month) ROMINA was really patient by hearing my whole history and knowledgeable about the process of how the lotion is working. She straight away realised something is wrong and told me to not use the product and process the whole refund. Thank you againg from her and I hope the Scandinavian Biolab starts to train the customer service and inform their trichologist about the rare reaction for some people to not more people suffer like me. United Kingdom | 13 July 2024The first time I ordered anything from Scandinavian Biolabs was all the way back in February and I believe my package arrived a couple of business days later which was right within the estimated time. The second time I ordered a product from this company was in April and my package once again arrived in good time. However, the third time I made a purchase was later last month and for some reason didn’t get anything from the post. At first I thought not to worry as I believed it was probably taking long due to the fact it’s dispatching all the way from Denmark not to mention I’m a patient individual. But a week had passed and I started to get concerned as the tracking status was still specified as ‘In Transit’. So I called up the carrier much to the unfortunate update that they had nothing with my home address on it. I ended up emailing the Scandinavian Biolabs help team and a member named Angela replied. She was very understanding, considerate over my frustrations for my order not coming through my post and so she got a replacement package sent out to me. She also stated in the email that there will be a much more improved tracking system to ensure that customer orders make it to their shipping addresses. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the following services as this is a company who actually takes feedback seriously. I eventually received my replacement package a few working days later.
