Romina, the Customer Experience Agent who handled my return/refund request, was prompt and efficient. I also appreciate that i was offered options to choose from. (To clarify, I am totally satisfied with the product. The reason I had to put in a return request was just a matter of quantity; i simply had more bottles of the serum than I needed.)

Fast and efficient to reply and solve any problem

Just made my first purchase and only started using the products yesterday, so can't say how they work for me. What I can say, though, is that their customer service is brilliant. There was an issue with my account (all entirely my fault) and Romina sorted it all out within minutes.

Excellent customer service! Lisa and Denise both responded promptly and were very helpful. It’s early days using the serum and shampoo/conditioner but I have already noticed a slight improvement after one month.

During the time I have been using their products, Scandinavian Biolabs have been consistently excellent in their Customer Service responses and have a very efficient, helpful and personalised approach to dealing with queries about anything to do with their products and their billing and subscription process. They also provide on-going advice and support. Thank you today to Lisa for dealing with a subscription issue within a couple of minutes, out of normal office hours. I can gladly recommend them to any one thinking of tackling hair loss problems.

Great customer support from Romina M. Clear and quick communication. Regarding the products, I am starting my second batch now of the full hair routine. I can see already that the products are quite different from the commercial ones. My hair is softer and looks fuller. However, I will wait for another 60 days to give a complete thorough review and eliminate any placebo effect. Will update this review later. Thanks.

In addition to the amazing products, which really do work (and I have the photos to prove it!), I have had instant response and resolution; query initially responded to by Lisa, then passed to Jolly who quickly sorted things out.

They have an amazing customer service, I had an issue with the delivery, and they solve it in 48 hours! Thank you specially to Romina M, was really fast and taking a lot of care, and the products working very well so far!
