(To clarify, I am totally satisfied with the product. The reason I had to put in a return request was just a matter of quantity; i simply had more bottles of the serum than I needed.)

They also provide on-going advice and support. Thank you today to Lisa for dealing with a subscription issue within a couple of minutes, out of normal office hours. I can gladly recommend them to any one thinking of tackling hair loss problems.

I can see already that the products are quite different from the commercial ones. My hair is softer and looks fuller. However, I will wait for another 60 days to give a complete thorough review and eliminate any placebo effect. Will update this review later. Thanks.
