Due to other financial commitments I had to cancel my subscription. I was having problems to sign in and cancel it myself but Angela from customer support was brilliant and assisted me through the process to a successful outcome.

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased mens hair products as a gift for a relative who swears by them and uses them consistently. Having made an application error i was unable to resolve it. I reached out to your company and initially i was supported by lisa. She subsequently forwarded my concern and Anders Reckendorff replied. Not only was my issue subsequently resolved but both lisa then Anders demonstrated a very high level professionalism in doing so. Lisa was my first point of contact and acted very quickly and respectfully, putting me at ease and subsequently referring me forward. Anders then combined that professionalism with understanding, support, empathy and care for me as the client. Even though all communication was electronic in nature i felt heard, listened to and valued. The products you sell are outstanding and in this sense, whether through training or by nature, Lisa and subsequently Anders demonstrated that same level of quality. Please acknowledge this to Lisa. He is a credit to your organisation and himself. If possible he should be utilised to train others in how to be a human being !

So far I feel like hair falls a bit less after two months of using the serum and vitamins. Their customer service is fantastic, especially Denise is always very helpful!

Since I wanted to continue with the serum only but unfortunately missed to change the subscribtion Monaliza of the support team was very supportive and patient to find a suitable solution. Much appreciated

I have ordered the products over 10 days ago. There is no updates on my order. Contacted costumer service and I only got an automated reply . Ask for help on how to cancel the order, in order to get my full refund, but still not answer. Hopefully after this review, someone will be in touch with me and sort it out.

After having had my parcel wrongly marked as ‘delivered’ by PostNL, and having filed a report of this with them, I emailed customer service with the situation, the tracking code, the issue and the complaint number filed. Initially I received an email from Lisa, who let me know that they would send me a replacement without any further issue. However, a few hours later, I received another email from Shoaib, which was a template to inform about delayed parcels, and to just wait. Assuming this was an error, I waited a few days, then sent an email to clarify what was happening. Shoaib replied with the same exact template, having clearly not read the email. This is terribly frustrating, as the products are not cheap, and I need scandinavian biolabs to contact PostNL for any type of investigation/hope of refund. In stead I am now down the payment of a product which I don’t have, nor am I getting help beyond being sent templates that have nothing to do with the situation!!! Update: a replacement was sent, with the same provider, and led to the same result.. another stolen package.

This company has no toll free number. The first order was fine. My second the tracking showed it in Ohio since 12/14/24. One email was returned promising delivery but nothing. I live in NYS. After numerous more emails and chats on their website unanswered I started leaving reviews. Be careful. This company is not listed in the BBB files and is not anything you can pursue with a US fraud agency.

I purchased the Serum and Supplements a few days ago, so I don’t have much feedback on the products' effectiveness yet. However, Anders Reckendorff from customer support was excellent and helped me a lot with my questions.

Update: The CS team have resolved the order issues that blocked my order shipment from moving forward and done so professionally and with understanding of my worries as a first-time customer. I am looking forward to trying the products when they arrive. --------- I made an order over a week ago and still not received this even though it states 48 hour delivery. I contacted the Customer Service 3 days ago and they said they didn't know why and were escalating the matter. I have got in touch with them as I still have not heard anything from them since this escalation.

I just ordered my products and now wish I didn’t after reading these reviews. They’re all 5 star about customer service. Not one is about men suffering with Male Pattern Baldness (Androgenetic Alopecia). On close inspection their so called 5 month clinical trial only targets 5 men!! Yes FIVE… meaning they have little to no data on restoring hair loss in men that suffer with male pattern baldness. I think they are a very social media savvy business who are preying on men’s Achilles Heel…no doubt they make millions but I see no evidence that they deliver any meaningful results.

Slightly confusing information and communication around subscription posting date led me to want to cancel subscription order and buy a one off. This became a bit of a palava with the order being cancelled. I was a but frustrated by the whole thing but Angela at customer service quickly and professsionaly with understanding and kindness resolved the issue for me very quickly when she got involved. I’d give 3 star initially due to posting / delivery info not being clear and then some errors with cancellation but 5* to Angela for customer service, thus the 4 star score overall.

UPDATE: I was finally contacted about my order and they kindly explained they have had trouble with restock which I understand over the holiday period however I feel like this is something that customers should be made aware of either via the website or even a notice email after a purchase is made. I was offered a full refund for my order which was processed very quickly when I accepted. I then received an email from the CEO personally apologising for the matter which I think shows great part on the company’s side which I really appreciated. They’ve offered to send the products for me to experience because of the miscommunication and I will admit that has brought hope back for the product and will be reinstating my monthly subscription via the website after the company has shown such a good gesture on their part. BEFORE UPDATE: Unfortunately my partner hasn’t even had the chance to give the products a try as they haven’t arrived. We made the purchase 6 days ago and had no update about the order since. Tried looking on the site but all it tells us is that is has been processed but date is telling us ‘invalid’. We did get a confirmation email telling us they had the order and took the money but even after opening a support ticket (which was rather difficult to find on the site) 2 days ago, I still have had no response from them. If this changes or we finally get contacted back I’ll be happy to update this review but not feeling confident so far especially with how much our order came to.

Misleading advertising scam, they force you to make a monthly subscription without realizing it, then you can't cancel it, the page is made so that you don't do it, customer service tries to stop you from canceling it again and again by giving you other options and when they see that you are going to cancel they stop answering you to continue charging you monthly with your card details.

I went to them with a few concerns and the team was amazing. Although they couldn't go through with one of my options, they promptly gave me a few more and advised me on my doubts regarding the products. Always incredibly nice and comprehensive. A very good team.

I’m in my 40’s & always had thin hair then during lockdown it really started to thin to the point you could see my scalp. I didn’t want to try medicated hair growth treatments a I try to have “clean and natural” products. Discovered Biolabs understood it would took a while for it to work. Then started noticing people saying my hair looked thicker and with no seeing my scalp. That was several years ago and still using their products with more hair than ever before. All natural no side effects. The shampoo and conditioner is concentrated so a little will go along way and lasts along time. If some said you will pay £60 for shampoo, conditioner and a serum I would laugh but now it makes sense because it works! Also when I had a issue with my account they were very responsive, friendly and fix my issue quickly.
