United Kingdom | 17 December 2024THIS IS A CON! I bought the whole set, the serum arrived with the lid not being on properly, and the syringe will only disperse up to 1ml. I contacted customer service, who sent an automated bot email to everyone single reply I sent. Really disappointing as its not cheap, and its a stressful situation as it is, hair loss, this makes it worse

United Kingdom | 15 December 2024I experienced excessive shedding, far beyond what was indicated in the guidelines. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to stop using the product for a couple of weeks and then resume every other day. However, I’ve now been informed that my guarantee has been invalidated and that I would need to start the full 150-day programme over again, using the product daily. I’m hesitant to do this due to the adverse effects I’ve already experienced. At no point was I told that following their own advice—taking a break and adjusting usage—would void the guarantee. This should have been made clear. I’ve invested so much time, energy, and money into this, and the process has been incredibly stressful, leaving my hair in poor condition. I’ve escalated the issue but am still waiting for a response.

I engaged with the customer service and I received the most amazing customer support and experience ever. Monaliza my support agent was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. She accommodated my request to use a different courier service which finally resulted in my parcel being delivered after two failed attempts! When I finally received my order and I was changed custom duties, again this is what sets this company part from Many others, because they reimbursed me the amount I paid for custom. I have been very impressed with their customer support and service and sincerely hope they keep it up. Thank you Monaliza for your efforts and help in ensuring i finally received my package.

Belgium | 12 December 2024My customer experience with Monaliza was really great. I was taken by surprise when Unexpectedly I got the second bottle of the serum without having tried out the first one. So, it appeared I ordered the first one as part or subscription, which wasn’t my intention at all. A bit too emotional and not knowing what I was supposed to do with the second bottle, without knowing if the product suits me at all, I reached out to the customer support. Monaliza replied in a very detailed and concerned manner to my kind of complaint/frustration. She tried to suggest a couple of solutions to my issue and was asking a couple of follow-up questions to get more understanding of my problem. I could feel that this person was sincerely trying to help me. In the end, My doubts were resolved. I tried out the product the same day, and agreed about the subscription, and got the value of it , long-term. I am grateful to Moniza for steering me a bit here. I feel I could have raged further, if not her e-mail.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024After 2 months have noticed no change at all in the shedding and not had any regrows at all. My head is itchy too, not all the time so I can’t tell if it is agrivating my scalp or not, but at times it’s a lot and I don’t think it should itch. The shampoo or conditioner or both are awful in my opinion. I have had so much hair breakage which I never get usually and as I say notice zero regrowth or shedding reduction so definitely not worth it.

Belgium | 12 December 2024I had a problem with the first delivery for my product, since the courier insisted that the delivery address was incomplete (happened before with this courier). Despite the efforts, knowing this would happen with this courier, to change the delivery to a pickup point for one week straight, on the delivery date, the same problem persisted. I was really upset, and immediately contacted the customer support, since the courier said they had no responsibility. And I couldn´t be more impressed with Scandinavian Biolabs customer support. The problem was taken care on the same day, and a replacement order was sent right away. In my case, I was assisted by Denise, and beside the fact that she was super professional, she was also super fast in getting a solution. Beside that, I choose the incorrect pagage and was paying one extra product, when there was a package that included everything, and there was a small difference in prime. Denise warned me and made the change. Nothing to add, just to thank. Thank you Denise.
