Unfortunately, I saw no increase in hair growth after using the serum for almost two years. This is why I stopped using the serum. On the other hand, I like the shampoo and conditioner and continue using them as my hair feels healthier.

very disappointed I have been waiting for the product to be shipped for more than 20 days. Parcel arrived after 1 month which is quite lots.

Der er virkelig god service her. Jeg kom ved fejl til at oprette et abonnement. Det bliver jeg først opmærksom på, da jeg modtager en mail om mine produkter er på vej. Jeg kontakter Scandinavian biolabs der hjælper mig med at komme ud af mit abonnement og samtidig fik jeg produkterne til halv pris da de allerede var afsendt. Det er god service når det i princippet er mig der har lavet en fejl. Og ikke nok med det, så er det rigtige gode produkter. Kan virkelig anbefales!

UPDATE - The customer service team responded and have refunded me. Thank you Dear Scandinavian Biolabs I cancelled my monthly subscription in my online account back in November yet you still continue to take the money from my account for December and now January. I have emailed you via the contact pages on your site and also via the email address I have to confirm I no longer wish to receive product and to please cancel yet you still continue to take the money from my account Please can someone respond and confirm the subscription is cancelled as requested several times and can you also please stop taking money for product I have informed you I no longer require Many thanks

Scandinavian Biolaps kører en forretningsmodel hvor du ved at købe 1 produkt automatisk bliver medlem og abonnent, hvis ikke du er meget opmærksom på hvor du klikker af ved første køb. Firmaet gemmer dine kreditoplysninger og du kan ikke slette dem. Det er meget svært og næsten umuligt at tilgå deres hjemmeside som kunde og det er endvidere ualmindeligt svært at blive afmeldt det løbende abonnement, som man automatisk bliver tilmeldt. Derfor er det min oplevelse at SB fører en agressiv business, som man som kunde for alt i verden skal undgå at støtte. Jeg har været tæt på at anmelde firmaet for at gemme mine betalingsoplysninger uden samtykke.

I purchased the product and used it for 150 days as per the instructionon the label of the serum. When it didnt work, i requested the money back and they gave utter nonsense as to how i didnt meet the requirements. They said, i needed to use 5 bottles in 150 days to be eligable for the money back guarantee.

I have been using the serum and shampoo and conditioner , has filled the empty holes on the front of my scalp after three months very pleased with result. But my hair is still very dry and is starting to friz is thre anything else that they would recommend?

The feedback to the question that I raised was amazing. The support team are really nice and attentive. I’m into my second month and my hair stylist is saying that he sees some noticeable improvement (of course not like I am back when I was much younger.
