My recent experience with Storage Giant Bicester has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite their promises of secure storage and reliable service, I encountered numerous issues that made me question their integrity as a company. First and foremost, the facility's security measures were lacking, contrary to what was advertised left me feeling uneasy about the safety of my belongings. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facility was subpar. Dust and debris were prevalent throughout the storage area, indicating a lack of regular maintenance. This neglect of basic cleanliness standards is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide top-notch storage solutions. Additionally, the customer service I received was disappointing. Staff members were unprofessional and unresponsive to my inquiries and concerns. It seemed as though they were more interested in upselling additional services rather than addressing my valid complaints about the condition of the facility. Overall, my experience with Storage Giant was far from satisfactory. I would caution anyone considering using their services to proceed with caution. Don't be swayed by their flashy marketing – the reality of their service falls far short of expectations. Go elsewhere people!

Just wanted to say a big shout out to Storage Giant in Leicester (The Space Place). In particular 'Jonny' who was great in arranging our storage requirements. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would defiantly recommend and reuse if required. Thanks again.

Out of 15 quotes I got in Cardiff for storage, Storage Giant came out cheapest. It was also the friendliest and easiest to understand, and Ricky and Rhys ensured everything went smoothly to give me complete peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Absolutely faultless service by Rhys in the Cardiff branch, he made the experience of renting out first office space so simple and went out of his way to ensure we were happy. All the staff here are superb!

The guys were really friendly, explained how it all worked made sure they gave all the information I needed up front about how the payment process worked and how much notice to give to stop being charged extra, and were very flexible if I needed to extend my stay. I felt like my stuff was in safe hands.

When leaving were very very slow to refund and when questioned were unhelpful and arrogant. The bank did explain what they had done but they most certainly didn't.

Visited site Saturday and Marc (from Newport) provided all the details needed re storage options. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend. Was that impressed I didn't even bother looking at the other places!! Storage now reserved 😊
