Got a decent deal for 6 months and was value for money however I didn’t get my refund. On top of that I was told the only refund method I could use was a cheque refund and they charged me £3 for that privilege. Living in the dark ages and like a lot of companies take money off you unnecessarily. Update - just to update after the companies response. I used a card to pay for pay for the storage - not sure why you would send a refund via cheque and then make me pay for the pleasure of doing so.

Can only comment on Cardiff but always a warm welcome and great service from Rhys and the team so would expect the other sites to be the same. Recommend for all students who need to store items between semesters.

Gareth made me feel very reassured and happy to leave my storage in the safe hands of this company. He helped me with everything I needed to know regarding locking up and PIN codes ect. I highly recommend using this company it’s made my moving house experience alot less stressful.

Phoned Storage Giant in Cardiff about size Unit I would need for what I had to store upon completion of my Flat sale. They went through the sizes & said I could view the unit… I did go and see the units, Matt & Rhys we’re great & very helpful.. I will be back 😀

I cannot recommend this storage unit enough, they are faultless. I have had a unit at Storage Giant Cardiff for the past 7years. Everything about it is brilliant. Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful staff, especially Rhys and Matt. I have used several different units over the years but this one is by far the best. They go above and beyond what they need to do, they are exceptional. Thank you so much.

I have used this storage centre for the last 5 years as somewhere that receives deliveries on behalf of the business I work for, with those deliveries being promptly placed into my storage unit for collection at my convenience - 24/7 storage access on this site is invaluable. In that time I have found the level of customer service to be exemplary and I have zero complaints. The kind and friendly staff working on site - Becci, Jason and Tony - have repeatedly gone out of their way to take in big and awkward parcels without which I wouldn't have been able to complete my work. If you need a storage place for your work or personal needs, look no further than here!

I'll start by saying, that if there had been 10 stars, the reception staff at Cannock, would have gotten all 10 stars, which is twice as difficult to achieve as 5. I have had absolutely no hesitation in giving a review, as I was already in the throws of contacting the company about this depot anyway. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of using them. Becci, Jason and Tony are exceptional ambassadors for the company.

I had dealings with Becky mainly today and she was very courteous, professional and helpful with the paper work. I saw Steve and again very pleasant, helpful and professional.
