Location on the edge of town was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to flex the amount of storage over the year and a half I used them. And the price was good!

This review is specifically for Storage Giant in Oldbury, West Midlands. When I wanted to move into my unit, it was getting quite late due to van issues; it was too late for me to unload my van and technically too late to set up an account. Even though it was getting late, and they were due to close soon, I managed to get there just in time to get booked in and be shown around by Amy. There was no huffing and puffing and no sign of a beanstalk just an amazing facility presented by a friendly face. So I was all set up to empty the van, first thing the next morning. I was struck by how clean the facility is. It is extremely well lit and has 2 lifts for customers to use, as well as plenty of trollies for loading and unloading. I think it is very competitively priced; you won’t find a facility cheaper, and if you do, their facilities will be sadly lacking compared with The Giant. (Oh yes they will!) So wherever you are in the country, you are probably not too far from a Storage Giant (It's behind you! Oh yes it is!) I can't post their URL because the wicked step mother at Trustpilot won't allow it! However, you can find them if you search Storage Giant Oldbury and the other locations are there.

Excellent service and advice offered by Marc Westwood from my initial contact via email , invite to attend the Cardiff Site to be shown the facilities and size of the different containers offered . Marc demonstrated great professionalism and patient as I need to delay my start date due to delays in my exchange of contracts for our house move I finally moved my furniture into storage today and Marc was on hand to take me through the process . I ended my storage contract today as I no longer needed storage. The ending of my contract was handled professionally as always. My 6 months with the storage unit has been faultless. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Logan today could not have been nicer in sorting out the paperwork. Marc was his usual friendly and pleasant self. Thank you Storage Giant for helping me with my storage needs and helping me in what was a personally difficult time.

Excellent service from the moment I called to find a price and availability and spoke to Gareth and then made some changes to the start date with Roisin, to the point where I moved into the unit at Newport (South Wales). As I was unloading my things, a few ladies who work there kindly helped me to unload and load into the unit in no time at all. I forgot to ask their names, but you know who you are and thank you very much!

Great communications - from the initial telephone call to attending on site to sign paperwork and access to unit. Logan was really helpful going through everything to ensure there were no unanswered questions and he also showed us different sized units so we didn't pay for more than we needed. The site is clean and there is good security measures to enter the unit.

I have just renewed my contract with Storage Giant on Newport Road, Cardiff after my first period with them. This is the first time that I have ever used a storage facility like this. It is well located, easy to park and the units themselves are easy to get to. The staff who I have dealt with have been friendly and extremely helpful - I must mention Logan in particular who was quite new to his role when I started my contract and has helped me to move units.

Need for storage was unplanned and dropped into the store to get a quote, had an idea od fair pricing but not had chance to do prior research on terms or practicalities. At a time of uncertainty treated with respect and without pressure to close a sale. Many options in Cardiff, where service becomes a commodity it is so easy to lose the personal aspect that extends beyond minimal trust that prized possessions will be safe. Not only feel my valuables are safe and secure but was a pleasure to do business. Big thanks for Mark and Rhys for their help.

Visited today as needed quick storage for a house move with no definite end period. Found Giant storage online and popped in. Met by Gareth on reception who couldn't be more helpful. No issues that I didnt book an appointment and just walked in. Gareths customer service was excellent and broke down everything for me and explained the whole process. There was no hassle in showing me the different storage size spaces and walked through the whole process to arriving and storing. Would recommend Giant storage if you want a hassle free friendly experience. Gareth had me set up to go in less than 15 minutes. Excellent all round.
