The units and staff were very pleasant until we asked how we vacate the unit. We asked "how do we go about cancelling" and before we knew it they already cancelled the unit and gave us a penalty for "notice charge" but failed to inform us or warn us. On the day we were asked to quickly sign a piece of paper and when looking through the receipt afterwards we saw a £70 early notice charge. If we were told about this we would have had no issue holding onto the unit for 2 more weeks. When asking the staff about this they were very rude and said you have signed it so go away basically. It's common decency to mention this to your customers. Will not be using you again.

Great company and excellent service

Excellent facility and very helpful staff. This was the first time using a storage facility, and after checking out a number of local companies I chose Storage Giant Cardiff. The process of ‘checking in’ and vacating was easy with the assistance of the helpful staff. The unit was used to clear a couple of rooms to allow for clutter free decorating.I was pleasantly surprised to find how much I could store in a relatively small unit. Called in to Cwmbran storage Giant to help my realtives take stuff to storage. the service from Will was really good. we were shown around the storage box and given key codes etc. fantastic service!

Excellent safe place to keep my things - have used at Telford and Llanelli. Just moved into the Llanelli store and despite some technical problems, Simon and David constantly made sure I was happy and clear about what was happening.

Can't praise the guys at your Cannock branch enough, especially Tony and Becci. They were by far the least stressful part of my kitchen renovation. Communication was brilliant, and they always had a helpful welcome whenever I popped in. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
