Did as it said it would safely stored by stuff

I recently moved house from Spain back to England and needed to store a number of personal property which consisted of numerous suitcases, bags, large pictures and 2 bicycles. I visited Storage giant at Cannock which was near to my location. The staff Tony, Becci and Jason were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. They sorted a suitable unit for my needs at a very reasonable price for 4 weeks with a 4 week bonus offer free. The extra time was ideal for me a it meant I could empty the unit bit by bit at my leisure. I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars.

I occasionally deliver to the cardiff store and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The car park is very accessible which is useful for me :)

I visited storage Gaint again the other week and spoken to Alex who has been so amazing and help me understand so much on what I will need when storing so I would know what I would need.

Fantastic company and very helpful. We have been with Storage Giant for two years and needed to upgrade to a larger unit. This was dealt with very smoothly, no hassle. Will and James were very helpful and explained everything clearly.

We have used Storage Giant in Cannock for over a year due to downsizing house. The process of renting and using the units is simple and the communication with the SG team, Tony, Jason & Becci has been good. We would happily use them again if needed in future.

The staff excellent, system secure, safe and efficient, the only slight negative - very cold however better than very hot. All in all recommended. We'll done all. Graham.

Unbeatable storage at storage giant bristol. moved here from another company for better prices and received excellent service from Andy craig and harrison. Facility was clean, secure and modern and everything was so simple and easy with no hidden costs or clauses. fully recommend anyone to store here, you’re in good hands.

What an amazing staff team. David was friendly and helpful when greeted in reception and I’m sure would be just as amazing as Simon. However it appeared that Simon went above and beyond super helpful, explained everything very well. Even offered a smaller unit and saved money! I would highly recommend and the staff at lanelli are an asset to the company

Extremely friendly staff, happy to help with any query, and always very prompt with their replies. My storage unit had ample room, and the price wasn’t bad for that unit.

Bristol site is clean and Craig, Andy and Harrison deliver great service.

Great experience with Rhiannon and Rhys at the Newport Road Storage. Couldn’t do more to help when more storage was needed. Rhiannon is very friendly and makes the experience fun rather than a chore.
