Very easy to arrange getting a storage unit. Roisin at Newport was very helpful. Let us view the unit we could take prior to deciding if we wanted it or not. Lots of different sizes available at a much more reasonable price than other companies and much closer to us too. Great opening times for us to drop off or access our stuff.

I checked in today with very clear, helpful and pleasant service from Michaela. This is an obviously professional operating entity. My unit is just a small one but everything is so clean. Thank you so much.

I have had my belongings stored in Storage Giant - Self Storage, Newport for over 2 years and can highly recommend them if you need to store any of your goods. The unit is clean well looked after and well run and more importantly very secure and if I ever have the need to store things in the future I will definitely be back.

Excellent Customer Service from start through to end. Storage Giant Cwmbran had ease of access to the unit, pricing and also excellent customer service. This applies before during and after handover of our unit. We used an outside unit for storage of furniture for 10 months and were please that we had no damp and our furniture was just as good getting it out as when we put it in! Gareth and Emily made the whole process of securing and handover very easy and we were so pleased that our bond was returned in less than three days back into our account. StorageGiant was the only company to get back to me when I enquired about storage. Simon and David explained they were totally full but promised to try and sort something out. True to their word, David called a couple of days later. Great customer service in a 'couldn't care less' world

Update: I have just been contacted by the manager post this review, they have apologised for the customer service that was given at check in and has applied the 10% discount that I was promised at reservation. Happy with the response so have changed my rating to reflect that. Thanks for contacting me. Really bad customer service by the Manager of Swansea store. Will be taking it further as a complaints with the head office but was offended when student discount was provided on individual spaces in the original quote but was not taken account of whilst I was checking in and when confronted and asked to check in the paper table of student discounts His words - “ where shall I check, I’m the manager, I know we don’t offer student discount on individual spaces but only on shared space” - which when I reserved I personally came to check the space before reserving and at the time of the reservation and £10 deposit - I was told there would be student discount on it. His words “I don’t have time for this - do you want the space or not” Really rude- gave me the paper work and then went away to sort something else out Really pathetic customer relations

Excellent customer service and location too, very friendly people who will help with whatever you need, price is good too.
