I've never been a customer of this store but I did come across a very disrespectful woman in Sainsbury's who was arguing that she should go to the front of the queue for the self-service because she was very busy. She kept claiming to be the owner of Storage Giant and that her time was more precious than mine. If this woman is associated with this company then I would be very wary about any dealings with them.

Brilliant customer service. We felt reassured at every step. When we were under a lot of (moving) stress, they made this one less worry- the staff are efficient and friendly and really care that they get it right for you. The facility itself is second to none. We are very happy that our life possessions are safe and secure at all times. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic staff and a fantastic price on my storage unit at Cardiff (Newport Rd) I can honestly say the customer service from them was outstanding. Highly recommended.

I spoke to Rhys on Friday and explained what I needed and he assured me that he was able to do this for me, I explained I couldn't come to the storage unit until Saturday and he explained he would let Alexa and Rhiannon know what we had discussed. On Saturday I went to the office and they knew what I needed and helped me through the process. They were both understanding and helpful with everything. They both made me feel relaxed and they were extremely professional. I would recommend this Storage Giant to everyone especially because of the friendliness of the staff and because they are so helpful.

Well I have to say ... Every girl should have a storage unit !!!! I wouldn’t have discovered this had I not moved home. The service is professional but friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they go out of their way to sort out any problems. Everything is accessible and you are free to come and go at all times.I shall definitely be keeping one of my units going for the foreseeable future as the smaller units are ideal for storing seasonal items that take up room in your home.I am now clutter free! I can’t fault the service ... so Thankyou Marc, Georgia etc etc

Becci and Tony have been fabulous !!! They really got us out of a jam when we urgently needed storage for a few weeks ... it’s a pity we couldn’t leave the 4 dogs with them too ha ha !! Recommended and we definitely will be using them again

Hi I called in the Swansea branch Saturday on the off chance that they would have a spare unit available. As usual the staff are amazing here especially Dean who goes out of his way to help you out. I've had a couple of units here and have always found it so easy to deal with the staff. Will keep coming back as the need arises Mick O'Connor

Ive been storing my household items for over a year. No problems with the unit. I knew my things would be safe. Emily showed me to the unit again. Talked me through everything and was very nice when i moved out of the unit. She was very funny which is always nice! She is credit to your company. Wouldnt hesitate recommending storage giant. Just a thumbs up to Trevor, Johnny and Ryan for looking after me during the busy trading season. It helps immensely when they take that extra bit of care to let me know when I have small parcel deliveries, and think of me when they know I'm looking urgently for something to arrive, I always get an email, and though it's probably beyond the call of duty, it's really nice to get a text every now and then saying "it's here!" I've been using storage units for a long time, but since coming here, I won't move, and Leicester will get any recommendation I can pass on to others looking for a good deal and helpful people running the place. So, it's a big Thank you!

I have honestly had an amazing experience working with Swansea Storage Giant. I have both stored items there for the summer and purchased boxes from them on separate occasions and both times have gone flawlessly. Their customer service is impeccable and I am looking forward to future opportunities to use Swansea Storage Giant again. I have worked with Dean and Georgina and both were lovely and extremely helpful answering any and all questions that I might have.

Thankyou to Nick who got us an amazing deal on a large unit, the place was easy to get around and spotless, and the Store Manager Taz who made the move out so easy and his service and his teams service was brilliant.
