I have had the worst experience possible with his company. Following the sudden diagnosis and death of my sister to cancer, I had to find some storage facilities to put away valuable family items until I could find space for them. In the rush to clear my sister's house some of my own items were accidently caught up including a collection of piano music that I have had for 43 years and some of my company accounts. I had put the items in storage with the Llanelli branch where I thought they were safe and I have kept a rolling account with them for two years. I had informed them that I was going to take some time off this July to eventually clear the unit. Bing self employed, I am reliant on clients to pay me on time and back in May, I was waiting for a client to come back from abroad to pay me. I always paid my bills and kept the branch informed of when I was able to pay. I had made arrangements to pay my outstanding bill which was a only a bit behind on a specific date. I even spoke to the branch manager on the Friday to say that I was about to paid and I would be making my payment which was agreed. At 7.30pm that same evening, I then received an email to say that my unit had been cleared and all the contents sold. I could not believe what had happened. I have lost precious family items including a hand painted picture by my father, Royal Worcester china that had been passed down three generations, all my music collection and some of my company accounts. This company is dishonest, greedy and had no customer services whatsoever. I have spent weeks in tears about what has happened. It feels like someone had broken into my house and I have lost my family all over again. It clearly was an error and I got an apology out of the area manager who agreed to waiver the £65 they also wanted to charge me for the privilege but the value of the goods was worth thousands of pounds, much of which is irreplaceable and it is the sentimental value that is the most important aspect of all of this. This industry needs to be regulated to stop customers being treated like this and I as my job is PR, I will be raising this with my local MP. You are looking after people's precious possessions and this is not Storage Hunters.

The facility in Cwmbran is excellent and a real eye-opener. The units are safe and secure and the whole premises were very clean and looked after. Security is excellent as are hours of opening. Great service! Very professional approach of the Cardiff Team; Alexa, Taz, Ross and Rhys were very helpful and friendly, while I was searching for a studio space and packaging.

Me and my partner visited the Newport store yesterday and we was met by Ryan and Josh, they are both very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back closer to the time to rent a storage unit.

Since having to leave my property, I have been a customer at Storage Giant in Cwmbran for a few months now. I chose to store here because the location is convenient, and very secure. I know that my items are going to be safe while I am here. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a safe place to store their items. They have a range of unit sizes available and they are great value. Since being here, I have been served by Ally, Gareth, Nick, James, Peter and Emily but the whole team are fantastic - very helpful and friendly indeed. If you have any issues at all, they sort it out. If you need to downsize/up-size, this is possible and easy to do. So they really help to take the stress out of moving. They also have someone from a removal company with a van who can help you to move any larger, more awkward items. If I need to store in the future, I would only come to these guys. Absolutely brilliant service.

Just wanted to say how friendly the staff in the Telford branch were today. Dan was very effeciant in showing us around and suggesting what space would be suitable for our needs. We do alot of house clearances so need alot of flexible space, Mandy your other member of staff also mentioned that some new units were becoming available sometime soon also which is great news for us! Were glad to have finally found a large volume of available storage place in the local area where we live, thanks to Mandy & Dan for all your help guys very polite and friendly a* for customer service and support.

Went to Cannock store to find somewhere suitable for storing our stuff. Becci was great, really helpful, went through everything thoroughly and followed up to ensure we were happy. Very pleased with the service from all staff there.

I would definitely recommend Storage Giant Newport. Good customer care, particularly from Ali who was always friendly and helpful. Short term storage was useful and the container was just large enough for all my stuff. Would use them again in the future.

We needed to move things in short notice, and then also move things out in the same manner. All in all, we used the storage unit for about 7 months. Great pricing, very clean...there are some hotels in Swansea that are worse places to stay. Customer service and assistance in the Swansea branch was also excellent, with special thanks to Marc. Couldn't have asked for more.

This is a very clean-looking building, attractive and welcoming from the outside. Not knowing what to expect when I first approached, I was quickly put at ease by James and Gareth whose expertise eases customers' potential angst throughout the whole process of registering - from initial advice as to the most appropriate storage choice through to completion of the paperwork as well as first-class after-sales customer service, over and above anything a customer might expect....Gareth makes the most acceptable cup of coffee - truly well appreciate by me after struggling with boxes as I emptied my car single handed. I was able to negotiate extremely fair and acceptable terms for my unit's rental. They also stock everything needed to make removals less of a chore, from woven blankets for draping over goods in transit to plastic covers for a wide range of furniture such as settee covers, mattress covers amongst other items. I was really pleased with the purchase of a cardboard hanging rail for £10: ideal for hanging my winter coats that -tusually take up so much space in my wardrobe. I have a long-term rental unit as I keep a lot of crafts' stuff and, moving into a one-bedroom flat, I didn't want it cluttering up my home. Customers can choose from a wide range of sizes, from just 10 sq ft to a unit measuring 100sq ft - and even that is not expensive....I was pleasantly surprised, especially as the rental price covers your goods for a very generous amount of insurance cover. This is certainly not the nearest storage facility to my home - but it is far and away the best. Thanks for the coffee Gareth and for your advice and assistance to both James and Gareth. One very happy customer.

We needed somewhere secure accessible and dry to store our furniture before taking it to our new home 2months later We were very pleased with the company in Leeway Newport and Ally and Nick in particular.Moving house is stressful but these two professionals did all they could to reduce this.They we're helpful and cheerful offering soundadvice.I can guy recommend them to anyone.
