Rhiannon was so helpful the minute we requested an online quote. At this stressful time, Rhiannon explained everything clearly and accommodated our requests as much as she could. We're a Fire & Security company and we've been based at Storage Giant Cardiff now for about 4 years. We rent an office and a storage unit for stock. The facility has been great for our business, initially we looked at this as a step for our business to grow before taking our own premises, but now we've realised we don't need an expensive office or shop front so we're here to stay. Storage Giant allows us to keep costs down while having everything we need to run the business. 24hour access for the engineers and on site parking for the admin staff is perfect. It's also great being in and amongst other businesses and owners. The Storage giant staff are great ad friendly so I would highly recommend this facility.

As a charity we rented a small office within the Swansea Storage Giant building at a very competitive rate and from day one we received an excellent service from Alex and his team - always available when we needed them. The office facilities were always exceptionally clean and the lone working staff felt safe working from a small office surrounded by other people. Thank you we wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

We had to move my mum's stuff into storage fairly rapidly last year. Their prices were competitive and the staff were really helpful. They were able to recommend a local removals firm who we used to move her stuff at a great price. The unit she has is clean and can be accessed easily, there's also the option to downsize whenever she needs to.

I opened a storage space at the cwmbran unit today. My current facility flooded and their service was awful. Soni phoned storage giant cwmbran and Gareth dealt with everything from start to finish and he was amazing. He was, polite, professional and extremely helpful

I have dealt with both Marc and Georgia at the Swansea branch. I had never before had to use Storage space and was very unsure of what to expect. Would I be tied into a long contract etc?, how safe was it? All of the things that I suppose would be on anyone's mind. Before I signed anything I was given a tour of the facility and the security features etc were pointed out to me. The yard was also spotless which also pleased me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as a service. Ask for them personally if you can. It could not have been easier to get my horsebox stored. Thanks very much David

Excellent service and storage facilities at the Morriston Swansea depot. Easy logistical access, only 5 minutes off junction 45 M4 and plenty of vehicle space to off load or load along side numerous other vehicles. Would definately recommend Morriston Swansea storage Giant
