cleaner GEORGE was booked in, rang him 20 mins after he was meant to arrive and he said he wasn’t coming. £15 deposit paid, guests staying tomorrow we’re relying on a cleaner as me and my partner both have full time jobs… Would give George a 0 star review if it was possible

Tidychoice was excellent- completely reliable. Fatima did a superb job and our flat is now spotless. It was great value for money and we will definitely be using them again.

Tidychoice offers an easy way to find a local cleaner. I just put in what I was looking for and the website showed me everyone available in my area and I can pick who I like based on their profile. The cleaner was great and gave my flat a much needed spring clean. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner.

Cleaning was very poor despite saying in the advertisement that they had worked for 20 years. I actually messaged to ask if they'd come as it didn't even appear that they'd been. Clothes were 'Ironed' and then left in a pile on the bed so they all creased again. Bed was unmade.

Unfortunately the first few cleans were good but she was unable to do the full flat in 3hours always leaving the bathroom to last and not done properly. Ogonna was a really lovely lady but having had cleaners before I have experienced a better clean and more done easily within the time. Ogonna had a breavement and from then cancelled three consecutive Wednesday’s on the day of which made it difficult to rearrange anything. Genuinely hope all is well with her.

This review is about the cleaner not Tidychoice. The cleaner attended once in the last six weeks. I have tried to call her but she got upset saying I disturb her. The final straw was she said if I want her to clean I need to pay her cash in hand. Really disappointed as the service support from Tidychoice is really good.

I had tidy-choice today first time iv ever had a cleaner my lady came Michelle bang on time was very polite and friendly the cleaning was spotless and I was very pleased I would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the cleaning service I received, left my place sparkling clean. I will definitely use this service again.

Thought I'd try this site after my previous cleaner not being able to come anymore. It was easy to make bookings on the website. The first cleaner i booked with cancelled a week ago but Tidychoice got in touch very soon after that with a few other options. and the new cleaner showed up on time and did a great job. Happy to keep my future bookings with them and would definitely recommend Tidychoice.
