Weekly cleaning payments are performed through your account so no need to remember to get money out each week - bonus! You manage your cleaner via the online account were you can alter their schedule and view your invoices. The cleaner gets paid their advertised rate, minus an initial "finders fee", so they are paid well which is an incentive for them to clean properly. As an aside, our cleaner (Raluca) is fantastic and does weekly wonders with our flat.
