I don't write reviews very often, but I believe TidyChoice deserves one. As to the cleaners: Svetlana has been the cleaner I received at home for the past few months. Every two weeks she came to my house and cleaned perfectly everything!! She's friendly and outgoing, and she's been always on time. My girlfriend and I love her! As to the TidyChoice staff: I would say that they were friendly and helpful when I spoke to them. Summing up: Nice service. Appreciate the good communication and helpful staff. Hope this helps..

My first cleaning booking did not come. I was still charged and no obvious way on the site to notify them that she had not showed up. As a result I was charged £30.50 to sit and wait 2-hours for a cleaner not to show up. Her bike was stolen 3 hours before, and she had agreed to be 1-hour late to allow for this. I had text contact with cleaner, but she stopped replying as soon as I asked to notify website that she had not come. I emailed tidy choices, and received a call next day saying would refund (yet to see this refund in my account) Based on my experience this is not a reliable or trustworthy service, as review not shown on their site. I tried to leave review of the cleaner so others aware that she may be unreliable, but this does not appear unless cleaner signs it off. I even emailed evidence of all correspondence to the company to back up my review. All I can say is beware! Update 3 days later- I have been contacted by tidy choice, who asked me to remove this review, despite agreeing it was factually accurate ). I have sent tidy choice an image of text correspondence with the cleaner as clear documentation of events. They have still yet to include my accurate review of the cleaner on their website (3-days after she did not turn up and they received my review and have spoken to cleaner). This cleaner never turned up, after telling me she would be 1-hour late due to stolen bike, then not letting me know she had gone home and no longer intended on coming, until I chased. This cleaner is shown as 5 start reviews on the site. Again be ware that reviews on the site may not be complete. Also sadly disappointed that instead of resolving my complaint and allowing my review of the cleaner they spent over 30-minutes on the phone without agreeing to include my review on their site and ultimately requested I remove this review because they would rather it was not on here.

Good customer service! The guy who picked up my call was helpful, patient, and responsible. Hiring a cleaner through this company makes me feel like the right thing to do.

I've booked two cleaners from Tidy Choice following a reccommendation from a friend. The first cleaned for a couple of months and then left as she had to leave to go home. Unavoidable. The second cleaner we booked, she came for a couple of months and then left the company as she was unwell again unavoidable (does seem to be bad luck though). In the second month she came infrquently, cancelling and changing days often. Now there are no cleaners available in Walthamstow. It's more of a hassle than it's worth has been my personal experience. Wouldn't use again and i'm still in need of a reliable cleaner. Sigh.

I'm very pleased with the service I received. This is my first time using an external cleaning company and I was very apprehensive, as the booking was for my Grandmother. However, I needn't have worried at all, TidyChoice have been helpful, communicative and the service has been thorough. I shall use their services in future and will also recommend them to others.

I think this company are great. Their website is really user friendly and it's so easy to book a cleaner at the click of a button. Their charges for a one-off clean (as opposed to a regular clean) are much lower than other similar companies. They are also nice people - on one occasion I had to cancel my clean after the 24 hour cut off and instead of just taking my money, which they would have been entitled to do, they contacted me and offered me a free clean a different time to make up for it. All the cleaners I have booked through them also spoke good English, which makes it much easier to explain what needs doing, and this wasn't the case with other companies.

I booked a cleaner 4 times through tidy choice, the cleaner failed to show or they cancelled the session without notifying me every single time. I was very patient because the customer service reassured me each time that this would not happen again, but as you can imagine, the 4th time I gave up. Would not recommend this service for any one based in East London

'The website is very hard to navigate. You click on book me once you are on a cleaner page and it sends you back to the home page and you have to enter the post code again. Seriously? ' This feature highlighted in a previous review led to the cleaner that I had chosen via a search of SW9 going to my home address in W12. The search was clearly for South London & brought up the available cleaners for that area. This postcode detail appears on the booking very clearly. I was then asked to create an account that would be linked to my payment so I entered the address that matches my credit card which is where I live, not where the clean was to take place. On other websites every time I am asked for my address linked to a credit card payment, it has to be the billing address, not the delivery address. It seems that TidyChoice has no facility to deal with 2 addresses ie a delivery of service address & a billing address, although the payment system that they use (called Stripe) strongly recommends that a payment address should be entered and verified. In fact my payment was initially refused, which is why Stripe highlights this feature to their users: "Shipping to a verified billing address which has passed postal code and street address checks is always the safest option .... This doesn’t prevent you shipping to a different address, though you should do all you can to mitigate the risks involved." TidyChoice do none of this - they are basically using the payment system in a non-standard way that leads to problems. I had specifically travelled to the location for the 3 hour clean, confirmed the booking twice on the phone, paid to park, & had arranged viewings of the flat that evening. When the cleaner was 15 minutes late I followed up & found that she was standing outside my home address, not having alerted anyone. There was then a series of phone calls with Colin, who blamed me for 'overwriting the address,' although he could see that the booking still related to a clean in SW9. After several phone calls when he told me that they would have to rearrange for another day, he found me someone who came an hour & a half later than my booking time. She, in fact , was very good & I have no complaints re the clean & I have rated her highly. Hence any stars at all here. However the company really need to review their website. It is obvious that I am not the only person who has had a problem, & in fact if you type in a nonsense postcode it searches for available cleaners. The Customer Service on that day was worse than terrible, not only did they take no responsibility for the failed card payment (blaming the Stripe payments system ... something which they have chosen to use to take payments for them, which is a subcontracted part of their service & they are not using properly by not capturing the billing address) but Colin then repeatedly told me that I owed the original cleaner an apology. Really???

I have used Tidy Choice on several occasions. I do not have a regular cleaner but like to have someone come in from time to time to do a thorough clean, each time I have been extremely pleased. Tidy Choice on the last occasion went out of their way to help me with my last minute request. They are excellent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I completely recommend this excellent cleaning company. Our cleaner, Lily, is not only a good and reliable worker, but she has a happy disposition and is a pleasure to have around, albeit for only four hours per month.

The website is very hard to navigate. You click on book me once you are on a cleaner page and it sends you back to the home page and you have to enter the post code again. Seriously? Also, when you have to scroll the carousel of available cleaners it takes like 30 seconds to reload it... Other than that, in regards to the actual service, we tried them many times in our old house and we were happy with the service, although sometimes the cleaners were cancelling last minute. But you can leave reviews for that. Overall a good service/product but they need to optimise the platform.
