I found a cleaner via TidyChoice over a year ago. She is very good. I have not contacted TidyChoice often because there was no need but the few times I have needed help to find a replacement for the holiday season, they have been responsive. I recommend them.

Shocking service, cleaner re-arranged the first booking and then didn’t turn up for the second very unreliable and unprofessional

Very poor - cleaner phoned me two days before to re arrange and did not turn up then re arranged then phoned the night before asking me where to go and would I cover the cost of a taxi. Just bizzare.

Tidy Choice knows their market. They are very accurate and precise with meeting expectations in between the cleaner and the client. Hats off to how responsive they are anytime of the day when you have to address issues and resolved immediately. Mobile friendly app where you can navigate your calendar and your payments. I love my current client they chose for me! It's a match!

Cleaner Cicera cancelled the first session 30 minutes before she was due to arrive and provided no apology. Customer services were very helpful and refunded me immediately but they need to source some better cleaners (and fire the ones which are unreliable).

I tried two cleaners - first was a lovely woman but NEVER came on time ever we are talking over 30 to 40 minutes late without notification. The second changed bookings and then failed to turn up. For what it’s worth customer services were great! Just wish the cleaners had been reliable

Takes the booking and credit card information but then cancels at short notice a few hours before booking. Is not able to provide alternatives but instead has a bad attitude on the phone. Clearly, they do not have enough professionals working for them which is fine but then be honest about it and try to make it work for your clients. About your response, you did not send three options for the same day and time. This simply is not true.

They have all kinds of notifications for reminders, everything is done online on a really quick and slick website and the quality of cleaners we have had is excellent. They do background checks and encourage personal reviews of cleaners as well so you can see the experience. They are comparatively cheap as well - really good service and highly recommend.
