We had used Tidy Choice for years but unfortunately where we live (East London) we got such a high turnover of cleaners over the last year we won’t be using them again. Generally they sorted all problems quickly but it has ended up us not finding it suitable for us.

Good service and good communication

Veselka was brilliant and so was the agency. This was the third person we used via Tidy Choice. The communication with them was very easy and helpful. They always replied quickly. Nothing to complain about at all. Definitely recommend. We stopped because our nanny is talking over.

I have used TidyChoice to find cleaners. Unfortunately in London is difficult to hire someone you can stick with for long. I really like how flexible this service is. Cleaners have been good and reliable. TidyChoice gives support when needed... have only contacted them three times in the past 4 years. I recommend them.

Good service

I've decided to make a booking for a one-off cleaner through TidyChoice a couple of weeks back. I was initially a bit skeptical as I'd never used a similar service before and didn't know what to expect (I can be quite hard to please!). After selecting a cleaner in my area, she got in touch in less than 2 hours to confirm the booking and ask if I had any special or additional requirements, which she agreed to in a very kind and professional manner. I must say I was already very impressed by this stage! On the day, she arrived early and got started on time, which I really appreciated. She did an amazing job at cleaning my flat, did everything as I've requested and, honestly, my bathroom has never been so shiny!! She was very thorough and hard working throughout the session, and she even stayed for almost an extra hour to ensure she got everything done to the highest standard.Needless to say the service exceeded my expectations! Should I ever need a regular cleaning service in future or another deep cleaning session, I will choose TidyChoice without hesitation!

Our experience was positive. The company representative was responsive, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Our housekeeper was dependable, professional and flexible with our changing schedule.

Excellent and great value service. Always pleasant to deal with the central team. The cleaner supplied was highly efficient and my house was left spotless every fortnight! Bookings all managed online which made it easy to cancel, amend and re-book. Would recommend these guys without hesitation.

I dumped Tidy Choice months ago in result of a lousy clean (for which I over-paid and never received a refund). I do NOT recommend this company. (Having received an email from TC this morning requesting a review, I have willingly obliged! This is a hazard of sending stock emails blindly, TC, as I believe you can see). MY RESPONSE TO TC'S REPLY: From the other reviews on-site, I see that I am not the only customer to have found your service abysmal. Moreover, I can't myself check the bookings that I made with your company as my account has been de-activated. That said, I believe I had a 4th clean which was highly unsatisfactory only to find TC NOT PUBLISHING the negative review which I believe I wrote. (If so, this mirrors the case of Anita on 16-6-18, if her claim that you did not publish her negative review of a cleaner is, as I believe, true). Lastly no, I don't give a company a positive review when I consider their service rubbish (which happens when I over-pay, get a lousy clean, find my subsequent negative review not published, do not receive a refund even of my over-payment, and get customer service ignoring me, for instance).
