I have used Tidychoice for the past four months. I find the website easy to use and like the fact that I can email or phone a member of Tidychoice if I have a query. I have had a few times when rearrangements were necessary and the staff were helpful, promptly resolved the problem. Communication is first class. I have had a few cleaners, all of whom have been excellent. They leave the place thoroughly clean, are punctual,courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Initially the housekeeper started out a bit rough but as time has gone by she has become excellent. She is a hard worker and the service is very easy to deal with. It has been a very good experience.

We booked with TidyChoice after finishing renovations to our kitchen. The floor was all covered in paint and scuffs and there was dust everywhere. The lady that came to do the job seemed to really know what she was doing. She left the house in great condition, so there was nothing left for us to clean. It was a pleasure to have a spotless kitchen, our cleaner saved us time and effort. Thank you!

I used the TidyChoice website because a friend recommended them. Luckily for me, they didn't let me down. I'm very happy with the result and quality of the clean. The attention to detail by the cleaner was fantastic. She is very professional and worked quickly.

The website is so easy to use. TidyChoice is basically Uber for cleaners, only you get to pick who does your cleaning rather than having someone randomly assigned. The information provided about each cleaner reassured me about allowing someone in my home. I think it's a good value, plus lots of flexibility with time slots. My cleaner was excellent, on time, and left the place spotless.

Used Tidy Choice once, but me and my housemates definitely agree that we’ll do it again! The service was great and so was customer service, which I had to access because the first cleaner I booked then told em that she couldn’t actually do the time that we’d booked for - which I understood because she didn’t know that it could only be that specific time and day. So that is why I wouldn’t give it five stars, but Tidy Choice promptly helped me to find another one, so turned out great!

Not worth it Much like many I had a repeated no show of cleaners, despite the email that "your cleaner is coming tomorrow". I fully understand it's not completely their fault but with two no-shows (and their demand that I chase the cleaner) I'm not sure what the service is worth... Inadequate experience with a lot of friction

When you live in London, it is always difficult to find a reliable cleaner. TidyChoice is an easy to use platform and the cleaner did a very good job!
