United Kingdom | 11 August 2020Bad service. I contacted them numerous times after sending my hair sample, they told me to keep waiting. 21 days after sending my hair sample, I contacted them again. They advised it must be "lost in the post" and would sort out a refund or if I would send another sample, they'd fast track it for me. They refused to pay my postage fees though. The next day, they had sent me an email saying they received my sample... very convenient, they must have finally pulled their finger out.. I double checked they had received it, (I didn't trust them as far as I could throw them, and I'm very weak). They said they received it and it would take up to 5 working days. After 5 working days, surprise surprise, nothing. I contacted them, same person as always, "George", said "don't worry you will get your results... it takes 7 to 10 working days".. Like he changed the timescale again!... I'm not worried, just frustrated. I've been in a lot of pain and I don't know what foods are causing it. I just need my results but they are making it very difficult. If I don't get my results by tomorrow I will ask for a refund.

United Kingdom | 10 August 2020I had the most positive experience! So easy to use. Results back in a matter of days. Great guidance and without doubt changed my life for the better. I have gone from having a constant stomach ache, fatigue and low mood to someone who looks forward to getting out of bed each day. This is down to cutting out the foods I am intolerant to and taking the vitamins where I had deficiencies. I would recommend to anybody!!!

United Kingdom | 04 August 2020Awful service, I've ordered 2 x blood tests and DNA test on 10th of May. DNA test received quickly and had my results few weeks ago, which I understand as it was sent back to Australia. Two blood tests never received, contacted LiveChat 3 times (3 weeks after order, 5 weeks and 2 months after) The answer was : we sent your kit next day after your oder and due to pandemic there are delays with Royal Mail, on the same time Website is stating that there are no delays in deliveries...and clearly after 2 months the kit was lost, which is obvious and instead of sending a new one, keep pushing me back with the Royal Mail delays. At the end I gave up, and requested a refund, and guess what? Its been another month, since I requested my refund 3 times by now, and no response..keep sending me emails that they don't have people in the office. What a useless company...Will never ever recommend!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND NERVES WITH THIS COMPANY. And whoever is George from LiveChat, is the most useless person, awful customer service!!! £200 stuck somewhere and I don't even know when I have my refund...

Canada | 25 July 2020I ordered this test months ago in May and somehow they never received it. I complained and requested a refund, in which they opened case in order to give me one. I never recieved a follow up and contacted their live support SEVERAL times and was told their supervisor would contact me "shortly". I had to contact them several times within the span of almost a month until I got my results and the "supervisor" told me I could not get a refund until the "28 day" email spam I was receiving that was supposedly was an elimination diet plan to support the PHONEY results I recieved. I know for a fact that I am severly allergic to Gluten and it was not stated in my test. They are clearly fake and somehow created phoney results after I inquired about a refund. Now that the "28 days" are done I have contacted them twice to finally get my refund and no reply. I went on their website to join a live chat and inquire about my refund and the chat bar disappeared. Very sketchy. I would advise anyone curious about this website to avoid purchasing anything and to please listen to all of the bad reviews on here. They are all true, and all these "good" reviews are either people with no allergies on a placebo effect, or their own staff looking to heighten the reviews. I just want my damn refund. I dont typically complain but this is HORRENDOUS service, lol PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

United Kingdom | 15 July 2020I ordered a allergy test kit and paid via the website received within 3 days, and results within one week. I ordered another allergy test kit for my husband via PAYPAL two weeks ago and still waiting for the test kit. Contacted customer services first contact told it takes up to 5 days to receive, second contact was told it takes 7 - 14 days. Stated that I have been given two different delivery time lines from the same person, they then stated it's not their fault it's due to the pandemic. If this was the case why did I receive my test within 3 days two weeks prior ordering the second test. I original gave a very good review but due to this I'm changing to this review. if you do use don't pay via paypal they don't seem to be able to understand concept of using this payment method.

Germany | 15 July 2020ich habe mich da jetzt schon mehrfach testen lassen und immer wieder sind Proben verloren gegangen :-( in diesem Jahr kam erst die 3. Probe an. Im Chat wurde mir zugesagt, dass ich das Ergebnis innerhalb von 24 Stunden erhalte, nachdem die Proben angekommen sind. Dann wurde mir mein Ergebnis von 2018 geschickt. Plötzlich ist kein deutscher Chat mehr möglich und man wird immer vertröstet. :-( Gekauft habe ich den Test im Mai, Probe verschickt am 12.05.2020, am 10.06.2020 und am 03.07.2020 und bis jetzt habe ich immer noch kein Ergebnis. NIE WIEDER!! ich bin total genervt. Hätte die Ergebnisse dringend gebraucht für ein Schreiben an meine Krankenkassen... das ist nun zu spät. Das Geld hätte ich wirklich sparen können!!

United Kingdom | 14 July 2020Appalling! Ordered a kit in May and it has still not arrived. I have since asked for a refund, which I was advised would take 15 days. It has now been almost 30 days. No one is available on the phones. Live chat assistants cannot help and say they need to email people. Email responses are not being responded to, if they are they are after 10 days or so, with no real action being taken. I was trying to be understanding due to Covid-19, but their website clearly states there is no Covid-19 delay! I just hope I get my money back as I have not had the service from them of even satisfactory standard.

Update: they just happened to receive my results the day after this review. 7-10 days for processing, will keep everyone updated with results. Update: mid July. Now received email my results are ready to view but getting an error message when opening.

United Kingdom | 05 July 2020This company is a scam! Stay clear. Ordered a test kit- arrived way later than estimated. Sent it back, they confirmed receipt after 4 days, then no results since. Been 7 days already and I paid for express turnaround (max 48h). Spoken to people on live chat 3 times now- each time asking me to wait 24h. Asked for a refund twice- each time told they have to refer to senior management and that Id hear back after 12-24h. Again, nothing. I'm pretty confident this company is a scam, STAY CLEAR!

United States | 02 July 2020I was reacting to so many things. Couldnt figure out exactly what foods or things were causing issues. The test for 800 items was very helpful in figuring out what some of these things were along with the ALCAT test. I am going to use this test again for sure.

Canada | 19 June 2020I am happy with the report. I paid for my test on April 8th and got my results on June 19th. That's 73 days. Despite having a Canadian domain and address, it appears that test kits and testing originate from/in the U.K. When I put this in the persepctive (along COVID-19 and the slowness of the mail), that's a reasonable timeframe. The company should do a much better job of managing the expectations of it's customers, communicating the actual logisitics and giving more realistic timelines.

Unten wird auf Kommentaren geschrieben, dass die Seite testyourintolerance de wohl nicht die richtige Seite ist, weil es nicht in verschiedenen Sprachen angeboten wird und man die angegebene Seite nutzen soll für mehr Infos. ABER auf der Seite mit com/why-trusted-shops kann man oben doch die Sprache ändern und landet automatisch auf die .de Seite!!! Sorry einfach nur Geld und Zeitverschwendung!!
