France | 26 February 2020This is the best i have ever done. The test told me what not to eat, and since then, my life has been so much better. Thanks so much

United States | 26 February 2020I was completely surprised at the results I was given! Items were eliminated and now I feel so much better! Years ago I was tested for seasonal allergies and this test confirmed (environmental) those results which made me believe the food etc.had to be correct as well.

United States | 26 February 2020Very informative. Also, very surprising. Was able to do the cleanse for 28 days, except for my coffee. The most noticeable difference was no heartburn.

Australia | 26 February 2020tests were great and has made a real difference in the way I feel cutting out the things my body doesnt like. I have lost a few kilos as well.Only disappointing thing is I had to chase the results up myself as they werent as quick as you made out to be With both tests I had done I had to email saying where are the results and within that day they sent them through. So they were clearly sitting their but had not been sent. Otherwise great and I would recommend them to people. In fact I have already. Thanks

Australia | 26 February 2020I have now done testing with two different companies and interestingly the results were not the same except one food..... rabbit. This makes me somewhat sceptical about the results of hair testing.Same result for my daughter. Also there were some common things we eat not tested in the 100 items. It was based more on English common foods which we don't have often. I tried hard to get a list of the 100 things tested,it took quite a few emails till they eventually sent it.

Germany | 20 February 2020Absolute Verarsche.

Germany | 20 February 2020ABZOCKE AUF PROFESSIONELLEM NIVEAU! BESTELLT DORT NIEMALS!!!

Canada | 15 February 2020A complete, and DANGEROUS scam. I ordered a 110 prime allergy and intolerance testing. I was primarily wanting to find out about further possible IgE allergies. I know, that in the last year, I tested positive by both a skin test, and a blood IgE testing, that I am DEATHLY allergic to hazelnuts, after ending up in the ER in anaphylaxis. When my results from the 110 prime test came back, it said I was not allergic to hazelnuts, and I have government health file that says otherwise. If I hadn’t known already, I could’ve eaten hazelnuts and had to go to the ER. It’s very, VERY dangerous to give inaccurate allergy reports. That’s not where the story ends. The customer service is terrible. When this happened I did an online help chat, which gave me an email to their ”specialists” to ask my questions. I wanted them to do something the fix the situation, but ultimately I want a refund for this fraudulent service. I emailed hoping to give them some benefit of the doubt, but I haven’t gotten a response to my email, that I sent on February 3 2020. It is now February 14, 2020, making it edge on almost two weeks of silence. This company will take your money, give you fraudulent blood test results and then disappear. I am deeply saddened, but thankful that I already knew my biggest allergen and could’ve really used that money back. Edit: Hello, thank you for replying to my review. Firstly, I am unimpressed you had it reported, and tried to get it taken down. Luckily, I was able to provide proof to Trust Pilot to get my review verified. Secondly, as stated in my review- I am not comparing your IgE test to a skin test. I am comparing it to the results of an IgE blood test, taken by my doctor, through our provincial blood services. I have recent government mandated results, of IgE blood testing showing the complete opposites of your results. I have it documented from IgE blood testing, in my official medical record, that I am allergic to hazelnuts, almonds, and peanuts. Your company’s results said I was not allergic to any of those things. Your company also said I was allergic to milk, so my doctor did another IgE blood test for a milk allergy, which resulted in NO REACTION. Third, I sent your company the results from my government IgE blood tests on March 5th 2020, at 2:07PM. I have not received a reply back, and no it isn’t in my spam folder, as of right now, March 11th, at 10:00AM. I check my spam folder MULTIPLE times a day. Fourth, I have reached my limit of being jerked around by your customer service. In previous emails, that I have read through, I have seen my emails getting forwarded to other employees from one of your employees named Amber. In a forward to two other employees, named Jack and Kate, Amber writes on February 7th at 1:46pm: “Hey, do you have anything we can say to this? Amber”. Unprofessional as can be, and from that point I did not receive a reply until February 17th at 3:30AM. Please give me the refund I rightly deserve!!

United States | 12 February 2020I had my primary test me for gluten intolerance but it came negative. Lactose intolerance I was pretty sure i had too but never followed up. This test came to confirm both my suspicions. It also showed me sensitivity to some good food which I would be eating instead of the gluten ... it helped me a lot to know in which foods to concentrate. Happy to know my bad news. I feel much better already without gluten for over a month. The horrible pain al over my body is gone which regular doctors could not find an answer for. Test your intolerance made some mistakes with delivering all mu results but with follow up and patience (little over 2 months for all to be delivered) they resolved everything. It was also great to know what vitamins I was lacking instead of taking endless supplements without knowing what I really needed. They do recommend you eat your to replacing the vitamins but I found easier to do it with supplements with this crazy busy life.

Canada | 12 February 2020My wife and I doing keto and she has been having some issues losing weight so we figured we would see if there were any hidden allergies or intolerances we had that might hinder our progress. I came across Test Your Intolerance. It had a Canadian mailing address which was great. So I ordered up the couple test on Jan 22 2020. Send out our sample with 2 business day service on Jan 24 2020 so they should be received by Jan 29 2020 at the latest... well what they do not tell you is the sample get sent to the UK. I also paid the extra money for the rush 48 hour service... So I finally get an email stating that my samples were received Feb 4th 2020... So that being said I should have results by the 7th. I finally recevied them Feb 12 2020. I even received an email stating (because I asked) that if I paid for fast track I would receive fast track service. Well its obvious I did not. I just checked my account right now as I type this and it still says "Awating Sample". Not at all impressed. Not recommmed.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2020(Update) - in response to the reply below, I check my junk inbox daily, so this is not true. I have also still never had a response to my emails complaining about the service and when I tried to call I was ‘first in the queue’ for 45 MINUTES until I eventually gave up. Worst service I have ever received. Avoid at ALL costs. (Original post) Really not impressed, posted my samples 1st class on the 9th Jan, it took them almost a week to even acknowledge receipt of the samples and it was not until this point that the 7-10 working days turnaround starts (apparently). 12 working days later , no results, no response on email and unable to call due to busy phonelines. Would not reccomend.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2020Quick and easy to do, my results were back quickly too and very happy with the results. If you want a check up, want to know your allergies, intolerances or what vitamins you may be lacking then I would highly recommend using Test Your Tolerance. I have already recommended it to 3 friends.

United States | 28 January 2020Was great to find out what my food allergies were. The allergist I saw just wanted to keep pushing, Flonase , clartin, ect . . …. Don't take any of that now and I do not cough all day and all night.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2020This is a scam of a company. Been waiting a month now for results, excuse after excuse. Blocked me on Facebook so I can not speak to them. Disgusting service, will be filing a dispute with the bank and as I am a regulator of the FCA they shall be informed.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2020Thanks for the prompt results, very eye opening and helpful.

United States | 13 January 2020I sent my samples in the beginning of December, emailed them asking for an update got a response asking for my order number. I responded with a copy of my paypal receipt and after that no response. Since then I have sent two more emails requesting updates. no response. BEWARE! SCAM! EDIT. They eventually got my samples and expedited the test. This is the second test I took, the first one was two years ago. I was surprised to see my results from identical tests were completely different. Apparently your intolerance can evolve. I asked why and this was their response: "Please note, intolerances can change over time depending on diet and lifestyle. For example over/under consuming an item. Lifestyle factors such as stress, or lack thereof, can also affect intolerances. We do recommend retesting for intolerances every six months or so." Before ordering I would look into the validity of hair samples. I understand it can change over time, your hair grows and changes. Not sure if this test provided me with information I was looking for.

United States | 09 January 2020I have had severe allergies for 40 years, but was never texted for food. When I walk down bread isle at grocery store, I always get really nauseated so I assumed I was allergic to gluten. I was really surprised at the amount of food I am allergic to. I guess I don't know what side effects to look for as I probably eat something I am allergic to at every meal. I have been on a strict diet because of health issues, just the thought of giving up anything else is about more than I can deal with right. But I was impressed with results of test and follow up information.
