Ich habe weder mein Testergebnis noch mein Geld wieder bekommen!!! ABZOCKE

I have been following 98% of the instructions with regards to eliminating foods that I may have intolerant to. A lot of the recommend foods,are those that I been eating for the 3-4 years. Cutting back to nearly nil of onions, iceberg lettuce, vanilla essence (no pods).. Of the 9 other intolerance foods I do not eat!

AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE COMPANY CAN'T/WON'T EVEN SUPPLY A LIST OF ALL THE ITEMS YOUR HAIR IS TESTED AGAINST. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 50-60 PAGES LONG!!! RIDICULOUS! I HAVE HAD OTHER FOOD INTOLERANCE TESTS AND ALWAYS ALWAYS HAVE BEEN GIVEN A LIST IF ALL THE FOODS I WAS TESTED AGAINST. I ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE LIST AND WAS TOLD ONE COULD NOT BE GIVEN TO ME. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It took a while to get it done but the results were really easy to understand and the recommendations too

My results took 9 days to come back, and were emailed to me on a Saturday, so I was very pleased with the speed of the service. You receive a breakdown of your intolerances, and also a list of what areas you’re deficient in- and what foods to eat to help. One of the items that came back as an intolerance (quite a severe one) was olive oil, which surprised me. I cut it out and within a day my post nasal drip had vanished along with an irritating cough and my runny nose. I’m glad I’ve never tried lobster because according to my results, it would probably kill me off 😂 I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with irritating symptoms such as random coughs, constant allergy symptoms all year round. Now that I know it’s caused by food intolerances and I’ve cut stuff out, I feel totally different, like a whole new me

O star if it was possible....Bought the "Complete Food Intolerance and Sensitivity Test for 1 person" 9/7/19 through Groupon. Sent hair sample out 9/25/19, was told 10/3/19 that they had received it.I emailed Nov 1st to check in as I had yet to receive any results. Nov 4th I was informed my case was created 1/11/19 and was now closed. I hadn't even heard of them 1/11/19. Online chat didn't get me anywhere. They "hung up" on me. Lost sample and/or big scam from the beginning???

An excellent service. Everything was done as promised in a timely way and I discovered intolerances that I would never have though of. Since eliminating these from my diet I have found that all symptoms of 'IBS' bloating etc have vanished. The follow up advice is excellent too.

Incredibly quick turnaround from submitting results to receiving them back via email. Items tested were extensive and results were believable. I have already recommended this to family and friends and they also are very pleased with the process.

Although my problem is not yet resolved, I believe the test to be good and helpful.

As soon as I received the kit I knew something wasn't right; £129 is the full price for a kit (of course they always have a discount code running) and the envelope included to post your blood sample doesn't even come with pre-paid postage, incredible! What kind of professional operation would expect you to pay again to send in your sample? The results themselves were utterly useless; I have a confirmed gluten intolerance and that didn't flag at all. In fact nothing did apart from green beans apparently, and I feel like they just stuck that in as a token gesture. All round it was a complete rip off; I really should have known better. Edit: I see Test Your Intolerance have asked Trustpilot to remove my review with absolutely no justification (as they seem to for any negative review); please note I've included my order number and I'm a completely genuine customer. They quote 99.5% customer satisfaction on their website; the reviews here tell a very different story. They're absolute charlatans.

Achtung Abzocke !!! Schaut euch genau die FAQ an. Ihr bekommt nur die Ergebnisse wo ihr zu 85% eine Intoleranz entwickelt habt. Alle darunter liegenden Werte bekommt ihr einfach nicht. Aussage vom Support "Diese Werte werden nicht gespeichert.." Die Auswertung ist vollkommen Sinn frei, bei einigen Lebensmittel habe ich eine Intoleranz und bei den Nicht-Lebensmitteln gibt es auch Intoleranten die ich mit Lebensmittel ausgleichen soll, auf die ich Intolerant reagiere !?! Finger Weg von diesem Test. Wendet euch lieber an einen Arzt. Ich würde mich nicht wundern, wenn jeder das gleiche "Ergebnis" erhält. Achso und der Firmen Sitz ist in UK !!! das waren meine Emotionen zu dieser Firma. I would've loved to do the test and leave a fair review, but their support team fail to respond to multiple follow ups requesting the submission form. Their live chat promised they will send it to me and then ended the chat without sending me anything, again. Unfortunately I've just been robbed

Results were quite accurate as I already am aware of a few foods I am allergic to. Very thorough and interesting to have the whole family tested. Will surely use the results to make changes to our diet.
