Good service

After almost a year of stomach trouble I took one of the Test Your Intolerance tests and found out I was lactose intolerant as well as intolerant to many other foods. If it wasn’t for this test I would never have known, so a huge thank you to this company.

Found out I was intolerant to eggs and nuts, things I normally ate everyday. I have seen improvements by cutting those foods from diet.

Since looking at the foods i was intolerant to I cut everything out. I have stomach problems and other things every day since i was a young child. Since cutting out the foods I have not suffered once and although it is hard to not eat all my favourite things it has been well worth it. I'm now eating breakfast where as before i was too scared to eat until later in the day as i knew my problems would start. I don't feel so tired anymore and i can think much clearer at work in the day. This has truly opened my eyes and wish it could have been something i could have done years ago.

Got 2 lots of results 1 week apart on pet test. Both completely different food intolerances. I think it’s a scam. Have sent order numbers 4 times. Cancel get help. Phone line is so poor couldn’t hear.

Wish I had known about this testing before! Can’t recommend this company enough. The test results were back super quick and all the information and guidance was excellent. Highly recommend!

Real life changer

I am pleased I paid to have an intolerance test. For 3 years I had suffered from annoying health issues resembling IBS, diarrhoea, bloating, weight gain, insomnia, stress, anxiety, allergies. I had no luck getting answers through the NZ health system - couldn’t even get an appointment for allergy tests despite having a high white-cell blood count. TYI - your results have been spot on! An amazing comprehensive easy to follow report. Within two days of removing all intolerant foods from my diet I began to improve. For 7 weeks I’ve been recording a food diary. After 4 weeks I tried reintroducing intolerant foods however all reverted my system back to former issues. So now I choose not to have those food items in my diet for the rest of my life. Most of the health issues mentioned have gone. A real bonus is I’m sleeping better than ever, far less anxiety & stress, plus I’m losing weight without even trying to. An awesome service for anyone who has troubling symptoms and cant quite figure out what is causing it. It's a very easy procedure to do at home and you receive the results by email in a matter of days.

This was easy, fast and waaaay less expensive than going to an allergist locally. It has helped me so much!

I gave it four stars last time and I'll give it four stars this time as it's the second time I've had to do this. I thought it was good but my doctor did not and you responded to my post last time saying that the doctors will slowly come to accept your tests.

Service was very good aent my blood test in on the sunday had results by Wednesday lunch time. Real eye opener I have been on a gluten free diet for 8 months after test I was wrong barley only sk great to have bread back but sad to see beer go.

I have just received my hair analysis results & I honestly have no idea what the negative reviews on here are going on about. The instructions are clear, you don't get a test, simply download the form and submit your sample. I had to contact the team on the live chat twice, both times my enquiries were dealt with quickly and resolved (thank you Amber & Jenny) and the report, when received, was detailed and informative. The website lists the things they test against, they make it very clear its not for medical diagnosis, so I feel its good value for money, helps indicate where you may have issues allowing you to make better choices with what you eat etc. I had my suspicions anyway on several of the results that came up, so this report will only go to on to assist me making better choices in the future for the good of my health. Excellent service, excellent report - it's 5 stars from me.

I would always recommend testing for intolerances as a first step towards reclaiming one's health. Sometimes we can have an intolerance to the healthiest of foods. In my case it was mint that led to an outbreak of excema which I hadn't had since I was a child! Test Your Intolerance provides amazing value for money and a great service. I recommend them to everyone, friends, family and clients.
