I order 2x family pack, i.e. 8 kits in total. However, I only received 4 kits initially. Customer service said that they will send out the remianing 4 kits to me, but ended up only sending 3 kits. I had to chase up again for the remaining 1 kit. And when they did send me the last kit, it was not even the same test. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my entire order correctly!

Amazing customer service - I accidentally ordered the non-eco hair test and Rowan was so helpful and polite and corrected the issue within minutes. I also had another query about sending off the sample and Avery was again just as helpful and resolved my query straight away. Very happy!

Just placed an order but I made an error however Cameron was on hand and resolved it swiftly.

I ordered two kits and had some questions, I went onto their live chat and Cameron’s help was incredible. Answered all my questions and had the links I would need and how to use them. Usually customer service with companies is abysmal, this was the way companies should handle and help their customers….top notch.

Once I got the test it was simple and quick. I would like to have been informed as to how the delivery to my home was to be made as it was a mystery as to when and how it was to arrive. The tracking was no where to be found. Very frustrating.

Place my order with wrong delivery address. Sorted out in a minute time!

Customer service (Kai) has been very quick at responding, and answering my enquiries. Still awaiting test results, but customer care up until this point has been fab. Thank you Kai!
