New Zealand | 20 July 2024No results and waiting a month now. I have sent a number of emails and have had no response. I've spend over $1,000 for these tests and have sent it all in but have had no reply whatsoever. I'm still chasing. I'm tired of chasing and hopefully you will see my review to take action. To those looking to buy, don't waste your money.

Canada | 17 July 2024I am not pleased with the results. There are certain things I know I am allergic to, that have been marked as safe. According to this test everything appears "safe" My daughters results were the same and there was also mention of an intolerance to cod and later in the document it shows it on the safe list. I'm very disappointed, I know there are intolerances that my body is responding to, and this test offered no help or insight into those. I feel like this was a complete waste of time and money.

New Zealand | 01 July 2024Poorly provided information at the start, test kit comes from Australia so takes a long time to arrive. Return envelope doesn't have a pre-paid postage. Sample gets sent to NZ address BUT then is sent to UK, thus further delays, so all the timings on website are useless. Logon to website does not work, password reset does not work. Chat not answered timeously. And this is all before my blood is even tested

United Kingdom | 01 July 2024Having spoken to Usman this morning, I explained there had been a glitch with my adding express results. Box clicked but did not go through. Usman was just wonderful and sorted things out for me . He gave me the express delivery and was so helpful. A star! Used test your intolerance for years approximately every 6 months. Thank-you! Would recommend this site to all and have done so to many folf.
