United Kingdom | 17 August 2024I sent my sample on Tuesday morning by priority mail. On Wednesday my tracking number showed me proof of delivery. And yet Today Saturday on my Account page it says "Awaiting sample". Which has worried me that my biological sample got lost... I talked to Kai and she confirmed they received my sample ...on Friday, yesterday. Thanks for that. I prefer to speak to human being than a bot. My message to this company is : Update our accounts When you receive the samples ! Now I.m waiting for results. So far I.m not impressed with this company...
