Booking via the website was straightforward and various options and fees were given. Great service after booking emails with clear instructions and collection from home. The team is very helpful. Issac from Transglobal was very friendly and called me the next day to make sure that I had all I needed for the shipment. I highly recommend them.

This is totally absurd and I can't just believe it. My parcel was a very large parcel and I can't even believe how it got lost in the first place. I have completely lost confidence in the courier service.

Chloe, the fabulous Customer Service Advisor made the process simpler and was extremely supportive, keeping me calm and checking on my progress. She kept me updated at all stages and could not have done more to help. I am really pleased to have engaged Transglobal Express who offered a competitive price for this work. Following my initial 5star review, I am disappointed to report that this initial excellent and attentive experience did not follow through to the all important collection of goods. It seems that there was a technical glitch transferring data to the partner courier which failed to make the collection. The partner company (DHL) was unhelpful in adjusting their schedule and consequently a whole day was wasted. How unfortunate that Chloe pulled out all the stops to provide a really excellent service but that processes were inadequate.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025We have been using TG for quite some time now and it is a good, efficient delivery broker and service. However. There is no API integration with Amazon - the biggest shopping platform around! It is truly difficult to comprehend. You have to literally manually input all the tedious address/customs/IOSS details one by one. And no, Excel Order import doesn't work either - tabs don't import correctly from one to another. It has been a constant yet small frustration. Now that Amazon demands end-to-end tracked service to Europe for every single package - it is an absolute daily bane. If not for that, it would be an all-around good service that I would recommend to anyone.
