United Kingdom | 06 January 2025USPS parcels bound to USA collected from me on December 27th, some of them are now scheduled to depart of the January 7th but might get bumped up to a later date as it's been the case lately, others I still don't know when they will leave the Country, that's 12 days after collection just to leave the Country, then of course still need to clear customs so my customers will get their items 3 to 4 weeks after I dispatched their orders. I've patient and I hate to leave bad reviews but I'm getting bad reviews and having to issue refunds myself because of parcels taking forever, since you started using World Container USA to handle your exports, USPS service collected from outside London has been 4/5 days slower during the year, but Christmas is over and service is getting even slower than during Christmas, holidays is no excuse, only the 1st was a Holiday since my collection took place, please sort your USPS service out and start using reputable companies to handle your exports as you used to do in the past.

Due to hold ups and tour of the world!! Maybe next time not to use UPS through them as this has been the longest time and did not get to my daughter in time for Christmas.

The WORST of it is that my parcel was rendered useless by RODENT in their warehouse. Clothes eaten up beyond repair and other items completely ruined. I wish I could attach the pictures and videos.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2024**Absolutely Appalling Service!** I booked **80+ packages** for collection with Transglobal the night prior, providing them with ample time to arrange a suitable collection. However, they sent a driver in a **small van** with limited capacity, clearly incapable of taking all the packages. The driver, realiSing the issue, called his depot only to be told that **no additional driver would be sent** and that the remaining packages would simply have to wait. These were **time-sensitive shipments**, and this was utterly unacceptable. I then called Transglobal to understand why this had happened, especially since I had paid for a **2-day service**. I was connected to Neil (the same "Neil" they repeatedly direct customers to in their replies). Neil informed me that my **local depot claimed I had exceeded a supposed package limit**—something I was never informed of. This "rule" is **not stated anywhere on their website or in their terms and conditions**, and no one has ever mentioned it in my nearly **4 years of working with Transglobal**. The driver likely took a **maximum of 40kg**, and even if this arbitrary limit existed, the packages were well below 250kg collectively. Despite this, Neil remained adamant that I had been informed, yet he could not provide a shred of proof via email, letter, or any prior communication. To add insult to injury, when I asked for my service to be upgraded to a **24-hour delivery**—given that their failure to send a properly equipped vehicle had caused this delay—Neil suggested I **cancel the labels and purchase a new 24-hour service at my own expense**. This is outrageous given that I had already spent nearly **£300** for these labels. As a long-time customer who has spent **tens of thousands of pounds** with Transglobal (recently spending close to **£1000 a week**), I expected at least a modicum of respect and understanding. I have been a key contributor to their Royal Mail orders for the South East of England, and yet Neil displayed **no care or remorse** for the situation or the impact on my business. Transglobal’s blatant disregard for loyal customers, refusal to accept accountability, and sheer incompetence in handling bookings are unacceptable. I will be **taking my business elsewhere** to a company that actually values its customers. If you are considering using Transglobal, I urge you to stay far away. Don’t waste your money on a company that cares so little about its clients.

We were let down by DHL twice, having called at 4pm to be told they were coming at 6pm, waited until 6pm called again and was told they had attepmted to collect at 3pm but no-one available, total lie. I could have been told this at 4pm! Employees just don't seem to care, not their problem. We lost a customer over this, and they have lost us as one of theirs too.
