United Kingdom | 17 December 2024Transglobal Express is a great website to use; easy to navigate and offers an excellent range of pricing options across the range of courier companies as well as other tools necessary for navigating the world of international shipping services. We are a small business that regularly ships a wide variety of parcels (in size and weight) worldwide and found that having an account with one courier company didn't always give us the best prices, whereas Transglobal Express can offer the best prices and choice of services on any given day. There is the very useful DDP quoting tool, so you can view the calculated import duty and taxes fees before committing to placing the order. I must give a shoutout for the fantastic service from the Premier Team, especially Catherine Jones and Vanessa Mills, who go above and beyond to help chase up and sort out those shipments that hit problems - usually with customs - along the way. Their response time is quick and efficient. They act as a go between on my behalf, trouble shooting directly with the courier companies to help resolve any issues that arise. As the rules and regulations governing international imports and exports increases in complexity, the help and advice given by the Premier Team is invaluable to us as a business.

So I contacted Transglobal and spoke with Lyndsey Lloyd, Lyndsey was most helpful and got back to me within 5 minutes with a sensible code to use. followed up with an email 3 days later to check I hadn't experienced any further problems. For this twice yearly user of Transglobal I couldn't be happier with the service.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2024The USPS service Transglobal offer used to be a competitive and reliable service. It is no longer reliable so I will be stopping using this until they can improve. It is supposed to be a 4-6 day service but I currently have parcels over 2 weeks and still no sign of delivery. Clearly they have changed something in the way they tranship over the US, I asked Customer Service but I was just fobbed off. Sad as it used to be a great service

From start to finish, this has been a nightmare, and your company has shown complete disregard for my shipment and my trust. Let’s start with the pickup: the driver literally threw my boxes into the van like they were garbage. No care, no professionalism—just blatant recklessness. I should have known then that disaster was on the horizon, but nothing prepared me for the horror that awaited at delivery. When the boxes arrived, they were torn apart, and everything inside was shattered beyond repair. A TV bent like a boomerang—seriously, what did you do, play football with it? The items inside the boxes weren’t just damaged; they were damp, exposed, and ruined. This was nothing short of criminal negligence.
