Their shipment options are cheap and reliable and if anything went wrong, it's always easy to get in touch with them and get a solution. I'd recommend them to anyone, both for a business and as a personal user.

United Kingdom | 11 November 2024What happened to Transglobal ? It is a shadow of its formal self, it used to care about its customers. I sent some documents via UPS Express. UPS delayed them due to "lack of customs invoice", but a customs invoice is not required for documents ! So I relayed the urgency of the shipment to Transglobal, it was afterall the reason I chose the more expensive UPS Express service. Transglobal could not care less, they just said "oh well, we sent UPS an email and are waiting for a reply". Meanwhile the clock is ticking and I can just see this shipment missing its deadline because Trasnglobal are "waiting for a reply" from UPS and have no desire to chase UPS. Secondly, the person at Transglobal said "we have been seeing lots of these problems with UPS". So I asked if Transglobal could recommend an alternative carrier to use in the future .... "oh no, we don't do that, we can't advise". What's the point of Transglobal if I can't rely on your so-called expertise and experience of carriers to help advise ? So, in a nutshell, I have made a promise to myself never to use Transglobal ever again. They are a middleman that adds exactly ZERO value. Yes other options may be more expensive but at least I get proper customer service there.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024I've done over 300 orders with Transglobal in the last few months and have had the absolute worse experience with their customer service team. No one knows what's going on, they commit to book collections over the phone and then no one shows up - phone lines are not answered and if miraculously you get through- they take up 20 mins of your time so you can take them through the situation again (which you've already done 5 times before) They've lost several of my parcels. The drivers have on 2 separate occasions dropped my packages in the hallway - both times picked up by neighbours and placed in the mailroom. The only benefit of transglobal was the collection facility and now with their extortionate charges, the service is absolutely not worth it!.

United Kingdom | 02 November 2024I booked a parcel collection a few days ahead then realised it was not needed. I spoke to Transglobal,they were very helpful and the collection was cancelled. I was amazed at the price to the USA, it was half the price quoted by Royal Mail. It may have taken a few more days to get to the USA, but ideal for non urgent items.

United Kingdom | 31 October 2024We went all the documents, the package was sent back to the sender with no contact no explanation, we had to use another shipper and pay all over again, was an import from italy we arranged via tge
