United Kingdom | 09 December 2024Had issues with additional paperwork required for a DHL international. I had a parcel stuck in Germany, I not normally deal with shipping and was at a loss. Went on an on-line chat with both Naomi and Emily who were both so helpful. Emily even ask for me to email her the documents so she could upload to DHL. That is what I call service. I'm a very happy customer.

United States | 07 December 2024After going through other discounted postage resellers I can assure everyone TG Express is the best company to deal with on the UK market! Always available live (not AI Bot) support listening to your issue and resolving it. Hundred of packages shipped with 100% accuracy and no surprise charges afterwards which was always the case with other companies trying to earn extra profit on inflating the actual measurements and weight. Which they were not able doing as we always take photos and measurements of the packages we post. I wish a continued success and more drop off / collection branches for the TG Express team!

He always turns up with a positive, bubbly and smiling attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for him. If I am around the corner, he will wait a few minutes and its no trouble to him at all. He is an absolute diamond and a credit to Transglobal. So thank you Jamal for you exceptional customer service and for just being you.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2024As an online trading company we use this company sometimes for international shippings but unfortunately I regret doing everytime. Actually I haven’t been using their services for the last 6 months. For a shipment 6 minths ago they forwarded us to a debit collector as our shipment was 122kg actually it was 60kg which we easily carried by 2 person. We don’t have any product will weight 122kg. For anogher one one of iur shipment to italy they couldnt deliver and they asked a lot of money to return it to us as it was their mistake. Besides they kept our goods until we pay even they dont have any right. They are after easy money. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. YOU MIGHT FACE AN UPCOMING EXTRA INVOICES. DIFFERENT AMOUNTS THEN WHAT THEY DISPLAY.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2024I booked a parcel on with Nikki at Transglobal, It was a Apple watch from Arrecife airport that I had stupidly forgotten and left in airport security on my return 🙈 there were multiple issues with packing, pick up / paperwork all from the airports end who blamed DHL and vice versa. It was made harder because I could only contact them via email. I waited over 1 month for this to be collected. However, Nikki went above and beyond and was so helpful in getting this issue resolved and keeping me updated. You’re an asset to Transglobal. United Kingdom | 28 November 2024Booked a pallet collection for small pallet, it stated on the site that it would be the same day, then I had an email from Emily saying it was too late for same day so she booked it for the next day, ok fine waited in all day until I had to go out at tea time, That's when they turned up, The DHL guy Told my wife that he's refusing to take it because he's on his own and is not attempting to carry it and hurting his back before christmas, So here I am writing this at 9.57am whilst still waiting for Transglobal to answer their phone, 42 minutes now, bloody useless emailed twice yesterday with no reply

United Kingdom | 27 November 2024Online chat facility constantly disconnecting. Strangely defensive customer services. I don't know if it's lack of customer service training but they're abrupt and on occasions just plain rude when there's no need to be. We have three people in our office who speak with them and between us we regularly have conversations about how odd some of them are.
