Customer in Walworth, London didn't tell us of early construction site closure; goods were not accepted and were to be sent back to us. Instead Isaac (TGE) and DHL people intercepted the parcels and they were delivered next day. Our delivery was no.84 on a van from Croydon - no easy matter to organise. We are very grateful for your help - thanks Isaac & colleagues.

Despite being a customer for over 15 years, the one time I make an insurance claim due to their contractor destroying the parcel contents, they refuse to pay up and have shown absolute disinterest in helping or in providing a good service. They have also declined to accept or process a complaint.

Stellar customer service and great price. I had to contact them twice to remedy mistakes I had made with my booking, and they made it really simple to put right. Answered my calls almost immediately and were very courteous fixing the order. Really pleased with the quote I was given to ship my rug too.

Excellent service from collection to delivery . This is a really reliable postal service and the customer service department is outstanding.

The advertised delivery times are rarely actually obtained.While this is not Transglobal's fault the actual realistic courier processes are not well understood nor declared by the couriers. The communications from the couriers on the progress of the movement of items are woefully inadequate and contact is only through Transglobal which is only available duing office hours.

Always excellent service. Been using you a decade. Wouldn’t change.

We've sent a lot of parcels within the last few months and the online service appears very helpful with the quote tool giving instant prices but the failure is the lack of being able to communicate with them on deliveries when they have a problem or being held up, you try communicating with them to get information out and you get responses "This is out of our control", "There will be return fees", "There is no information required" When there is clearly a problem, they try to clear themselves of any problems and wash their back and blame the courier, which as a shipping broker, you should have the ability to be able to get information on why deliveries are held up and how this is going to be fixed rather than passing additional charges on when we've had shipping problems. Because of this we've found an alternative shipping broker and I'd recommend others to do this as when shipping items, you want someone reliable who knows the industry and has power to assist with deliveries when there is problems rather than being at the mercy of the courier through a 3rd Party where you don't have the ability to directly contact the courier and get the information as you weren't classed as the exporter.

DON'T use them, very unprofessional!!!!! They sent my DHL parcel to Fedex and now I have to pay back all the lost to my client. They didn't find out the problem until I keep chasing them, the customer service team is very rude and unhelpful, I had to cover the compensation to my client which was caused by their mistake.
