I’ve used Transglobal Express (London Depot) for years, but their service has really declined, especially in customer care. Naomi’s awful customer service today made me reconsider using them again. I booked a same-day collection at 15:55 through their website, just before the 16:00 cut-off, but no one showed up. When I called, Naomi was rude and dismissive, telling me I should have booked earlier, even though I was within the cut-off time. This was the third missed collection in a few weeks—completely unprofessional for a company in logistics. On the first occasion my collection was missed, a very polite gentleman assured me he would speak with the London depot to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Yet here we are, with a third missed collection in as many weeks. This ongoing issue shows a complete lack of professionalism, and Naomi’s attitude today only made matters worse. Naomi didn’t care about resolving the issue, showed no empathy, and made no effort to help, raising serious questions about how Transglobal handles customer service. Even though she may be unaware that I’ve spent tens of thousands with TG over the years, she should be more attentive to customers, especially given their repeated mistakes. Naomi claimed all drivers had returned when I called, but when I dropped the parcels off myself, I found out that wasn’t true. If she had better customer service skills, she could have easily arranged for one of the remaining drivers to collect my order. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable, and Transglobal needs to seriously address these issues, starting with Naomi.

Find them the best for deliveries. Our driver is very friendly. Samantha the Team Manager at Hayes is amazing. Very helpful and excellent when you have issues with Customs in other countries. She is efficient, kind, always willing to assist and keeps you informed until the case is closed. We could all do with a few Samantha's !. Thank you

The team were very efficient & helpful with all my queries that I was struggling with, Massam was so understanding and resolved the issues for me. I have been using Transglobal for over 10 years and until recently their service has been very good indeed. In fact, my current 'gripe' is not with 'TG' at all, it is with the collection agencies DHL and DPD, both of whom used to collect my parcels (booked via TG) unproblematically over a period of several years, Then, about 7-8 months ago DPD and now DHL have regularly failed to collect them even though I am still at the same address as before!... Having now waited several days for a DHL collection, (destined for the USA by UPS) Lyndsey Lloyd at TG is the only one of their 'live chat' operatives to date to have had the inspired idea of not using DHL at all, but simply dropping off my parcel directly at a UPS depot! Thank you, Lyndsey! NB: UPDATE at 20.35: DHL turned up half an hour ago and at last collected my parcel!

Address label, AWB and invoice for customs supplied by return email and amended and resupplied while still on phone requesting alteration. Free collection (in my area) at time requested. Delivery exceeded all expectations _ collected on the Tuesday afternoon and delivered to Manila address via DHL after customs clearance on Thursday morning UK time Detailed in-progress tracking information available for each step of the journey I have used Transglobal several times over the last few years both to the Philippines and the Emirates and have come to expect this level of service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent a bespoke coat rack which I made for a customer and it arrived damaged, contacted the claims department who asked numerous questions via email which I supplied straightaway but they still insisted on so much more even down to confirming and evidence as to how my item was packaged. To be clear I have sent hundreds via the Royal Mail Parcelforce packaged the same with no damages and this arrived to the customer with 4 cast iron coat hooks broken and damaged. The so called claims customer services requested photos of the packaging process - who takes step by step photos when sending a package - I would have thought that bubble wrap, a heavy duty cardboard around the whole product, black shrink wrap and loads of Red Fragile tape round the whole item to alert the driver and packaging staff - I sent a photo showing this on my first email - this was obviously not enough !!!!! upon numerous photos and invoices sent to Transglobal, the claims department are still not reimbursing me anything - please do not use this company as there are others out there offering a much better service. stupidly I did not read the negative reviews otherwise I would have not used them. It's a mistake I made and please please please do not make the same. it is clear that they have not provided a service I paid for and I am being treated as I was the one that delivered and broke it to say that I am disgruntled, unhappy and very disappointed is an understatement. I make bespoke furniture and pride myself on everything I do but transglobal have let me down. Thanks for taking the time to read this UPDATE - Transglobal are not willing to pursue this further as I apparently incorrectly packaged it which is surprising as I have sent numerous with Parcelforce Worldwide with success and no breakages. Please avoid and do read the negative reviews as they are very similar to mine as it is clear they really do not want to help. Thanks
