Such a pro active company. I've used them 3 times now and each time was quick and efficient. I just spoke to Emily via live chat to check a collection time and she was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I was not hesitate to recommend Transglobal to anyone.

Efficient and quick

Despite the fact I'm an occasional customer and I just asked for a minimum price service compared with the business Transglobal usually have, I have to say that the service is excellent. Nick has helped me to the end.

Collection took 4 days

The professionalism of the team in the UK and in Germany is exceptional and extremely appreciated. We have used them as a shipping agent for our VIP merchandise for a number of high profile concert tours. We would highly recommend them.

Seller gave me the wrong dimensions by a very small margin. Transglobal refused to proceed with the delivery, though they were quite happy to take my money to collect the parcel, and wanted another £200+ to proceed to deliver the parcel. Transglobal were particularly pedantic and inflexible and I will not use their services again.

So to start off. Fast and easy delivery (through dhl nothing to do with Transglobal express they’re just a middle man) However. The communication? Awful. Last year after I had got my part I had ordered (it cost about £1500 in total! £1500!) they emailed me saying dhl had measured the parcel and was charging more. I disputed it and PROVED that the parcel wasn’t the dimensions they had taken. I didn’t hear anything until now (1 year later) which was them saying blah blah blah you owe us £150 still for wrong chargeable weight of the parcel. ( the parcel was MAXIMUM 70kg, the weight of the gearbox was 30kg and they’re trying to say the parcel ended up weighing 100+kg!) TRANS@NALEXPRESS was actually invoicing me for this. Fair enough! I wanted proof of the printout (as they had already miss measured) but they just kept replying saying I they can’t prove it and I had sent them meassurments!!!! They’re invoicing me for weight… but are saying the parcel measurements height width length was what they’re charging for??? How stupid! They would keep diverting their messages like this and would keep threatening to send their debt collectors! What a complete improper way of buisness and the communication was like speaking to bone idol apes! Not a brain between them. Oh! I had forgot to mention both 2 times I have used Transglobal express they BOTH TIMES sent the wrong type of truck to pick up the parcel. I cannot express how frustrated I am (especially with Sam) about this whole situation. I hope your pillows are warm on both sides when you try to sleep tonight. Do not use this company just go straight to dhl or fed ex etc etc

Fantastic service

Extremely disappointed! Sent 2 parcels to Nothern Ireland and only 1 delivered Courier collect 2 parcels and not scaned 1 parcel. Tracking number still showing not collected. Only delivered 1 parcel to customer! 1ZV834V80416503351, 1ZV834V80403625744 Have evidence CCTV

as allways the driver arrived on time and as I wasnt home I lleft my parcel with a neighbour ,leaving him a note ,and he collected it from her ,no problem .also the recipiant wasnt home for the delivery and the parcel was left at a different adressas arranged .Very efficient.thank you

Had a parcel shipped from London to Singapore on 24 July 2024 and it arrived on 25 July 2024. The tracking updating was kind of lapsed in timing. Luckily , my parcel was continues to update on 29 July 2024 and throughout 30 July 2024. It was delivered on 30 July 2024 from my local courier. The only issue is that I do not know who is my local delivery company that handles my parcel. Worth the ships …

Missed collections two days in a row. My shipments are still waiting to be collected by TG express. Unreliable service!!! An apology is not sufficient for the loss this has caused. Edit - The fact that transglobal is hiding behind their incompetencies and unreliability behind a made up story about me not being available to hand over the parcels and instead the new incompetent driver failing to do something as simple as knock the door to let the sender know that they have arrived speaks volumes about their pretentious rant about providing a reliable service.
