Bought the trio as a gift, and the rest was for me. I may share!

Tried on 4 different occasions to order each time there was a restock, finally managing to order the Pistachio Bar & the Baklava bar. I was so excited to receive these about 3 weeks after ordering (I understand they’re a small business so no major complaints there) However i just find them massively underwhelming! .. The Pistachio is completely overpowered by the white chocolate so honestly a pretty bland chocolate bar .. & whilst the Baklava “inspired” bar is better, it didn’t wow me, and probably not something i’d order again. Glad i’ve tried them, but £20 for 2 chocolate bars .. I’ll probably not rush back.

The chocolate is amazing; the best I have ever had, and the customer support staff are incredible. The packaging is beautifully designed, it feels like a real treat to order chocolate from The Chocolate Smiths!

Got the Baklava chocolate. It was very enjoyable, I wouldn’t say the filling tastes of Baklava completely but it has the taste profile of ingredients you would expect in it. I loved the filling and it would be great if they added even more into the chocolate. Would definitely buy again.

Honestly amazing chocolate! Ordered the baklava bar and the mini selection. I devoured it within a week, thats how good it was!

Fabulous chocolate, it's always such a treat to receive them in the post. It feels like what s proper chocolate bar should be. Interesting flavours as well to keep it fun and fresh.

Never received chocolate. Was told had to report to the police to get a crime reference number if I wanted it rectified

Items took over a month to be dispatched. We ordered the mystery box so got to try a variety of their products, all made with very cheap tasting chocolate or white chocolate. No real fruit flavour in the fruity bars, just tasted like cheap ice cream syrup. Disappointed as it was a birthday gift for someone and we were excited to try the after all the Instagram promo videos. Wouldn’t buy again, mainly because everything was so sweet and cheap tasting. Bad value for money and rubbish customer service.

I love everything about the branding! The chocolate mould, the beautiful packaging, the postage boxes, even the website and all the updates you get with the newsletter about which orders have shipped! I was happy to wait a month for my order and was excited when it arrived, but found the chocolate underwhelming, the rocky road was nice but the milk chocolate taste cheap like advent calendar chocolate and the bar is very expensive for the small size. I also got the Black Forest chocolate and perhaps I shouldn’t have ordered a vegan chocolate but it wasn’t that nice, the dark chocolate was too dark, again tastes quite cheap and the white chocolate ganache has no flavour at all, the cherry filling was very tasty though and made the bar edible. I so wanted to love the chocolate but just didn’t unfortunately

Haven't received chocolate (yet) BUT felt compelled to give 5/5 for customer experience so far. I ordered 2 separate orders (in order to be able to secure at least 1 before it sold out) but contacted the team afterwards to see if there was anyway to combine it. All done and 2nd postage refunded :) looking forward to the chocolate!

Chocolate is absolutely delicious!!! My faves are baklava and chocolate caramel brownie! Soooo yummy!!!! Great small business-highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best chocolate bar I’ve ever eaten in my whole life! Wow! Very tasty, full of flavour, thick and full - far from stingy with the amount of filling. You can tell how high quality and non processed the chocolate and fillings are. Worth the wait and worth every penny. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

This is my second order from The Chocolate Smiths and I'm super impressed. Yes, the delivery takes a little longer but they were very upfront about that on ordering and it arrived within the timescale. They're a small business who have had massive success so it's totally understandable. They are also pricier than a bar of chocolate from the supermarket but I think they're absolutely worth the money. The chocolate is rich and full of flavour so I don't find myself eating a while bar in one go (although I probably could 😂). Just got my hands on the coffee and Stroopwaffel and I'm so impressed with how much it tastes like a stroopwaffel dipped in a cup of milky coffee. Got the baklava to try next. Can't wait!

So disappointed I spent £40 on this stuff and it definitely isn't worth it. No discernible pistachio flavour in the Pistachio cannoli bar, it was so over powered by the dark chocolate taste and that tasted strong and cheap. Postage was a month instead of 12 days ! honestly wanted to love this stuff and be a regular customer but very disappointed.

So disappointing. The fillings are lovely and plentiful but the chocolate tastes so cheap. The dark chocolate really overpowers all of the other flavours. The price per bar doesn’t match up with the quality and we had to wait weeks for delivery. The ideas are wonderful and the packaging is great but I won’t be reordering.

Ordered on the 26th June, arrived 22nd ish JULY. I paid £40 for 5x 100g bars of chocolate and 1 small (30g I think) bar, in a mystery box. (Yes 500g of chocolate for £40!!!!) Overall the flavours aren't there... The bars dont taste of anything. It's like they're missing something. 'Im currently eating the chocolate teacake bar, and it's just flavourless, you can tatste chocolate, but nothing else, the marshmallow has no flavour, I was expecting jam and biscuit, it's very very sweet. The "Quay Bar" was bin-able. It tasted like aldis chocolate, and once i noticed i couldn't un-notice it. The tempering was a little off, even after overnight in the fridge, but it was a really hot day and the parcel was left in the sun by postie. I don't know if there is something wrong with the chocolate I've received, given the hundreds of fantastic reviews, or if working in the confectionery and kitchen industries for the past 9 years have ruined stunt food. I sent an email on day 14 (I think) after ordering, and the email I received back was polite, but unprofessional. Including crying faces in the email doesn't really fill me with hope that you're handling my order properly, like an adult instead of a 12 year old texting their mate. I think going viral on social media has quite possibly ruined this business. The amount if orders they've received has unfortunately sacrificed their quality. This will be my last time ordering. The look of the bars is 10/10. Aesthetically they are fantastic, absolutely nailed, but the taste isn't shining.
