My chocolate came today. It’s bigger than I thought and so delicious! You can really taste each flavour thats in the bars. Yes, it’s a shame about the wait time but there’s only so much a small business can do and they are being completely transparent and honest with how they plan to cope with demand. It’s worth the wait and highly recommend.

We love the chocolate from The Chocolate Smiths so much, we now have a monthly subscription for the mystery box! We’ve just tried the Tea Cakes bar and oh. my. goodness. Absolutely delicious!!

Delicious chocolate! I got the mystery box and enjoyed every bar. I needed the chocolate ready for when I was passing the area and they made sure everything was prepared on time. Highly recommend their products and service!

This idea is lovely and I'm a big fan of supporting local/small businesses etc but it's far overpriced for what it is. They claim the chocolate is high quality and swiss, which isn't wrong but it's misleading. It's the cheapest and lowest quality of all Swiss chocolates. It's average at best, the flavour combos are interesting and varied but they try to mask the low quality chocolate by adding so much sugar to everything, I suppose it's also a cost cutting measure to some degree as chocolate is obviously far more expensive than sugar. Edit: we've already had a conversation via social media Steffi. Both you and I. My opinion isn't going to change I'm afraid. I think it's overhyped and a cheap quality product, I love the local business aspect as I said but I've already given you a list of the products etc too along with my order number a few weeks ago and you stopped replying. Tbh I think I'm going to reduce my rating here simply because of the fact that you stopped replying elsewhere then attempted to make out this was the first time we've interacted..I'm not impressed.

The idea and concept of the chocolate bars is fantastic, that's one thing I cannot fault. As well as the fantastic designs of the packaging which makes me feel I'm in a Roald Dahl book! However, the biggest disappointment for me was the flavours and partly the quality. I feel like the chocolate could have been tempered more? Because when chocolate has been tempered perfectly, it'll have a nice snapping sound after it has properly set and unfortunately I didn't find that this chocolate had that lovely snap. Some of the chocolate bars have such a variety of flavour, but what I found was lacking was the intensity of that flavour. I purchased the black forest gateaux, expecting it to taste like a black forest gateaux or similar, but was disappointed to find that there was hardly any cherry in the chocolate bar or if you snapped it in half, then only one side would have cherry and not the other. I believe that there's a lot more room for improvement and experimentation on the chocolate bars, to get them to taste like their actual names and please don't be afraid with flavours! Give us more!! The only other negative I have would be the time and communication from the company, I know they're trying to improve their turn around and delivery which is fantastic. But it did make me chuckle as I had enquired about my order on the 1st after ordering it on the 14th, received an email on the 2nd about delivery from Royal mail, then a response from the company on the 4th about my order being in the post xD

Well worth the wait as always!! Golden caramel bars, absolutely delicious. My first look and taste of the bars in the new moulds and they are SO much better, more filling, more chocolate and they look fab too. Highly recommend

Was recommended by a work colleague so I ordered the £20 mystery box received 4 large bars including 2 which were white chocolate my favourite

Terrible experience. After nearly 3 weeks and all messages ignored I still hadn’t received my order. Had a partial refund through PayPal. Would have been nice to receive a full refund. UPDATE: Two days after my partial refund the order has been dispatched. I’d message the seller but all messages get ignored.

Wow! The maple pancake and Golden caramel bars are just delicious. Just melting in the mouth. They just taste amazing. I won’t be sharing the bar with anyone. Love the bar designs and the wraps are well designed as well.

I ordered a couple of bars after seeing them on a social media platform. I wasn’t disappointed…The pistachio cannoli one, wow. So tasty and moreish, the bar was gone in one evening! Obviously these aren’t a regular buy as it’s the good stuff, but what a great treat to yourself or gift for friends or family they make.

Sadly have to give one star as on the 13th working day after ordering, I still have not recieved my order. I contacted customer services who told me I had only ordered a week ago (today 30th of May) When I ordered on the 13th of may. Will update when I actually recieve products.

Nice quality chocolate bars. Not too sweet but if I have to be honest, the ones with a filling are a bit too runny so it’s best to pop them in the fridge for a while. I really wanted to try the cherry Bakewell one but it wasn’t what I expected. I felt it was more like a caramac flavour. The salted caramel bar was very nice but again the filling was a little runny for my liking. This is just my opinion but others may like it this way so each to their own. The bars were well packaged & posted on time so absolutely perfect there. Will I buy again, I’m not sure but perhaps as a gift.

I am so glad I tried these chocolates as they are some of the best bars I have ever tasted, I don’t know how they do it!! Definitely recommend and have already got another bar on the way!!

My latest order took 24 days to arrive and, for £30, I ended up with 8 small eggs a similar size to crème eggs. Although I know the quality is better than the high street and accept the company must be busy, there really is no excuse for such high prices when they can’t even deliver within their own 10 day promise. Sadly one to avoid!

Most of my order was gifts, but I did treat myself to the Mississippi Mud Pie and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again. Great tasting, handmade chocolate.

I love ordering from The Chocolate Smiths! I've never been dissatisfied or disappointed with a purchase. Always on point with their products and enjoy their mystery boxes and revolving flavor choices! Their Easter eggs were mouthwatering, their chocolate bars are to die for! I live in the US, so it's a bit pricey to have them shipped out so worth it! Way better than anything I could get in a store. Thank you Chocolate Smiths!

The flavours of chocolate are "scrummy" and not like other brands. It was easy to use the website, and the ordering of chocolates, after making my mind up which ones I wanted to try, was simple.

Easter Eggs! I spotted The Chocolate Smiths on TikTok but haven't ordered previously as the price point put me off. However I decided to treat myself, my husband and child for Easter. Yes they are more expensive than your usual Easter Egg however there is no way you can eat it all in one go like a normal Easter Egg. The fillings are delicious and the packaging is super cute! The delivery time was a bit long but it is handmade chocolate with a small company and they did ship it within the 10 working days. Will definitely purchase from them again in the future
