Great experience with Fields Data Recovery. I contacted them and was given a call moments later and a shipping label shortly after that. UPS pickup was arranged, I just had to find a box to put my busted HD in. A few days later I got a call and approved the cost to perform a complete data recovery. I was informed every step of the way.

I have to admit that I had my reservations about data recovery. My experience with other companies had been very bad. And this was a critical system PC on a municipality waste water facility. Fields Data was incredible.
