CJ and Sarah run a fantastic company. I found them online and every step of the way was explained to me. Great communication! They are so organised, providing enormous detail of the whole process from the start - and what to expect. Sarah replied to every single one of my emails within less than 30 minutes. CJ came to measure up at my house and later to install. He is a really professional lovely guy. They are a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wow, if only all service providers were of this high standard. My new cat flap looks amazing. CJ even cleaned the French window where the cat flap was installed. Way above and beyond! SUPERB!

We've been looking for someone to fit a cat flap in a double-glazed kitchen door for years and finally the perfect solution has come along and we couldn't be happier. Very quick response, excellent communication and customer service, very straightforward fitting process and within a month it is all sorted - thank you :).

What a pleasure to deal with came in, initialliy with the best price and by a long way. Sarah responded to any questions within an hour or so, often less. CJ explained everything in simple terms and was in and out within 20 mins like a cat flap ninja. Can't think of a way they could do anything better and would recommend to anyone.

Office staff were very quick to respond and CJ was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Fitted the cat flap in half an hour with no mess! Definitely recommend!!

Excellent product and excellent customer service. Sarah and CJ made the experience of getting a cat flap so pleasant. The measuring was done a day or so after the quote and in a weeks time was given a fitting day and it looks great, works well and has given my cat some freedom and I don't have to open the door for the cat every 5 minutes. Fabulous company, within 4 days of my initial enquiry, a quote had been sent, agreed and the work was done. Sarah was friendly and efficient, emails were answered promptly. CJ was also very friendly and the job was done within 30 minutes, he was polite and courteous and there was no mess after the job was completed. (He was also great with the kittens!).
