Awesome service. Great communication from booking until service

I ordered 5 tests on a Saturday; paid extra for quick delivery and they arrived (by Royal Mail) on the Sunday! Very impressive! The tests are not as fiddly as others:- the liquid is in a buffer tube with an easy-to-remove foil cap. My only concern is that the tests came in individual boxes which seems a waste of packaging.

Each Lateral Flow test cost £21 Each of us had to pay £3 postage. Orders were made to the same address but the postage was not combined. The experience was really stressful. We timed everything perfectly and logged on ten minutes before our appointment time but we were kept waiting for almost an hour. During this time we sent three panicky emails, as we were getting nearer to our embarkation day and knew we wouldn't be allowed on board without the test. This felt horrible. A phone number and early reassurance would have really helped us with the stress. After an hour we got replies to the emails and the tests were then observed/supervised over Zoom. Our observer was polite and apologetic. That part was fine.

I haven’t received my tests.

Ordered 2 pcr and 2 antigen tests all for fit to fly, results and certificates for the antigen tests came through within minutes of uploading results. We are now on day 5 from posting the pcr tests which I paid £30 extra to receive the results within 12 hours and still have not received the results or certificate. I am so glad I ordered the antigen tests or my husband and I would not have been able to go on our cruise. Awful service

Paid for 24 hour shipping, the test didn't arrive in time and have to drive into London to get a last minute test. They tried to blame it on the royal mail strike, however no strike action was on those days. Wouldn't recommend if you need the test quickly.

Good delivery, slightly longer delivery time than I was expecting but that could have been due to the strike. Will definitely use again.
