Great all round, arrived before I flew and got my certificate in time for my cruise

My rntgo number is only 6 figures when it should be 7. I have emailed to fix this with no response therefore, I haven't been able to use the service.

Zero Star sadly not availably hence 1 star. Ordered Tests Monday 5th to receive Tuesday 6th as needed them prior to attending conference today 8th Sept. Tests have still not been delivered by today. No apologies or updates as to where they currently are. Can not recommend.

my fit to fly test arrived 1 day late but I planned ahead and that was not an issue. Did the test and fill out the form as instructed. Expecting an email with the results and the certificate to travel between 6 -12 hours as advised. I did not received the certificate during the timeframe and I opend the live chat on their page. Audrie was superhelpful, polite and friendly. She made a case about my 'lost' email and within the next hour I received my certificate. Massive thanks to Audrie!

No facility to add recovery details when first ordering recovery pass however, immediate response when I asked for help. Cerificate arrived promptly.

Testngo fine with my order which was placed on August 30th.Unfortunately Royal Mail took 8 days to deliver - it arrived on the afternoon of 7th September and because of my holiday booking timeframe I had to get another test elsewhere.Royal Mail said they could only guarantee delivery that had been requested and paid for. I would have been happy to pay the extra charge to Testngo.

The lateral flow tests arrived very promptly and were exactly as expected.Thank you.

Not delivered when expected

Bought recovery certificate. Absolutely not clear what to do, no instructions. Tried online chat - no reply, got the reply only after several attempts another day. Was ptovided the link for the form to fill in - done it, no confirmation, no info. A lot of time wasted. Do not recommend

Excellent service received parcel next day

No problem with the ordering, but the tests did not arrive on time, despite receiving an email to say that they would be arriving today c/o Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail tracking, they are rescheduled to arrive on Saturday. We are unable to go and buy tests in the chemist as we both have Covid19, so ordering online looked a better option. Keeping an eye on our infection rates is rather important for being able to resume normal activities.

Happy with the service and price. I thought I was buying 3 x 5 multi test kits but 15 individual tests were delivered.

Order arrived a day late

I ordered my 48hour PCR test on Friday the 2nd of September and on Tuesday the 6th which is the latest day I could do the test I get an email saying it ain't been delivered to my carrier in time therefore making the test no longer useful for me to have so I asked to refund my order an they won't allow me to... absolutely fuming as if I knew it weren't gonna be that late I wouldn't of carried on with ordering from this company. I then had to pay over £100 for a quicker way to get results from different company due to testngo.com messing up my order / not being clear enough in there description!!!
