We ordered two test they came but would only let us register one and we paid for two certificates. We fly tomorrow and now it’s too late to get a test for my partner. They also won’t return help with the 5 emails I’ve sent

Very hard to register. Kept coming up with all sorts of errors. Took me 5 hours to get it done after they kept changing the register code. Be prepared for some sort of error, not very clear on instructions which made it hard. Got there in the end after exchanging several emails

I did not get the tests for 3 days despite paying next day delivery. The first person who responded to my query when they hadn’t arrived was not very helpful but then the next person was. Resent the tests and organised a refund on the additional postage. So I would use this service again.

Never came when it was ment to and don't want to give me a refund I had to buy from Chemist on the day which cost me triple the price

Complete waste of time . Not sending the TBR number . My flight is in 6 hours . Avoid at all costs Cannot register the test results since the TBR number should be 7 digits it says. The TBR number they are giving is rtngoDDDDDD D= represents a digit you should change your name to Test and waste time and money . Give me my money back please.
