It would have been nice to have received my parcel the next day but I was happy with the service received.

Brilliant service

I mistakenly thought I was just getting a reportable result to send to the NHS using these kits. Now i realise that, as I'm not travelling, I cannot report my results to anyone. Therefore, I am just using the kits for my own peace of mind as I am continuing to have a negative result. This whole business is confusing, to say the least.

There was a hitch with my delivery, I emailed customer services and got a response in 10 mins, the problem was rectified with a replacement delivery on next day delivery.

I found the test was easy to do. I wondered if anyone needs my results. I scanned it and and tried to send it to NHS but they don't need it if it has been bought.

Easy to order, but be aware it took 7 days to be delivered. I can not complete the review because i have not completed the test & send phase yet.

I thought I was ordering 6 boxes of 4 tests. I in fact got 24 individually boxed tests. I was appalled at all the packaging!
